My experience with this office has been nothing but AMAZING!! I came in about a month ago to get partials. From the front desk to the back examining rooms everyone was so nice and easy to work with. Today I came in to get a cleaning and my Hygienist Brenda was Amazing. I've recommend this location to all my friends and family. Thanks Y'all I Love My Amazing SMILE .
Some of the kindest staff. My wheelchair is never in their way. I have an issue with one thing, the older Dr thought we need to redo the upper dentures; they are not level. Some very dedicated individuals take care of their patients. I am on a limited income and I save until I can pay cash. The website says 100% guaranteed satisfaction, and two different drs were not happy with the dentures. My insurance company is waiting for a decision on the replacement. They do great work, and I am awaiting their return call. Very centered but just not correct. A very respectful team. I know in a few days my insurance company will display my progress on their websites. I have been saving since 2019 to get a new upper. Acworth Georgia Aspen Dental Office! I was waiting on the return by the one dr but I need them fixed now. I have asked for him, but he has not been at this location. I have invested $4,204.00.
Went in for a broken tooth, they were 30 mins late getting me in. I will need a root canal and crown to fix the tooth. They refuse to fix the tooth without paying for a $700 deep cleaning first. Service was refused with just a regular cleaning. On top of waiting an hour to get checked out. Lost a new patient. The only thing done today was X-rays, I was there for 3 hours! Do not go to this dentist. They are money hungry and do not care about patient needs.
What ever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are bullies. Even though I told them that I have huge anxiety they were still rude to me . The hygienist was almost an hour late taking me back. While knowing that I have a huge fear of dentists, dental offices and have white coat phobia, she rudely said to my husband " YOU CAN'T GO BACK." If this was told to us prior to our visit, we would have prepared. But no, they just like bullying you along with making you cry and develop hives from the stress, anxiety and rudeness. Never mind the price gouging. Almost $900 I doubt I’ll get all of it back.
Will be canceling my appointments with Aspen Dental as bad as I need dental work I will not be using ANY LOCATIONS!! After reading so many horrific and terrifying reviews from all locations. I want to thank all the individuals who shared their true experiences with Aspen Dental. Your reviews helped me a great deal and decide to go elsewhere
My worst experience ever at a Dental office. Spent 7 hrs over 2 days to end up seeing a more competent dentist and having an emergency root canal because the filling they put in impacted my nerve and started an infection. Not only did their temporary cap come off once but Twice in less than 48hrs! It would only stay on for a few hours before it popped off. They were big on trying to upsell a deep cleaning for 1k! Thank god I’m now seeing Dr Contractor at Kennesaw Mountain Dental. He throughly explained everything and his staff was top notch and very professional. I can not say that for these guys. My advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Or see Dr Contractor there is a reason he has 4.9 stars out of hundreds of reviews!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I broke a tooth and schedule an emergency appointment at the Kennesaw location. I purchased their $35 annual membership plan which covers your first visit and X-rays. The staff was friendly but the hygienist was anything but hygienic. She had gloves on but she touch everything but the floor. She proceeded to open the “sanitized dental tools” and reached to touch my lips. I pulled away and asked if she would change gloves and get a new set of tools. If not for the pain, I would have walked out then. After being examined by the hygienist, I meet with a technician and the dentist. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and the dentist provided a plan to remove and replace the tooth. I was sent to the checkout counter to discuss pricing, $5k. I applied for “Care/Credit” financing and scheduled the first available appointment. The only date available was 3 days later. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the dentist had gone for the day. The internet and phone service was down and they were unable to provide any service. Over the next two days, I made several attempts to contact the office. Finally, I was forced to find another dentist to extract the broken tooth. This is where it gets worse. I discovered that the Care/Credit account was charged $3,300 for services that were never rendered. I’m currently working with the finance company to remove the charges. Sadly, I still haven’t received a phone call, email, or any other form of communication, from Aspen Dental. Buyer Beware!
The absolute best in town. Staffing are so friendly and welcoming. The doctor is very gentle and easy to work with. I literally drive from my city to this location just to work with them. I've had an extraction and root canal done here as well as a crown placement. Top-not service . I don't give it a four out of five because it's always room to grow more .
I would give a zero if I could, what a waste of hard earned money. The most polite people in that office is Dr. Lee, Hope and the lady at the front desk Taleia!
I made a appt online to be seen for a broken tooth turned out it wasn’t appt was 8am. They opened on time, all the staff was nice and knowledgeable of everything. The dental assistant and dentist was gentle and friendly. Was honest about the condition of my teeth and recommended things to do differently in my daily cleaning. I saw Dr Torres she was very nice. I also seen Miss Ashley the Hygienist she was super friendly and fun. She did a amazing job as well with my teeth. I’d definitely come back. 10/10 in my book. Get those pearly white done. One best experiences I’ve have with dental office . Thank you!!
