They are so sweet, kind, they explain every thing to make sure you know what there going to do. Ans also let you know step by step too. They stay with you and keep working tell every this get done. Work to a very high expectation to make it as perfect as they can get it. I love their enthusiasm to make you look very pretty of a smile that you can have. And I love the teamwork from the doctors to the workers from everyone and they go office even to the ladies at the desk front desk on to the checkout ladies.
I’ve been an Aspen patient for over a year. I’m very pleased with the service they offer. From receptionist to assistant very professional, friendly, and efficient. Plus, I love my new teeth.
Getting in was easy. It was continued care that was not good. My 1st child was told one thing and said they couldn't take care of it, so I had to call around and end up being told a different more informative diagnosis/treatment. Then with my older child we had to reschedule his appointment and after calling 4 times being put on automated hold each time for 30 minutes each time, I went up there to reschedule it since no one was answering and to see the front desk not doing anything and the phone off the receiver. Got the appointment rescheduled for a week later. Got a conformation call for the appointment and than 1 hour later they over booked us and we had to change it to a different day or later that day. We go inmind you it's for a cleaning and they tell us it's going to be 20 mintues.. fine, no problem... an hour later and more excuse on how much longer, their lunch comes in and I was told it was going to be another 20 minutes. It's 1:20 by this time.. 20 mintues after they closed and I told them I would call to reschedule. I will never be going back to this dental office. Poor customer service . "0" stars if I could.
Great staff great atmosphere. Made me feel very comfortable and calm. Very welcoming and non judgmental. Nerves shortly disappear once they started and the procedure wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. Five stars!
Awesome place with awesome people! Everyone is very nice, as well as informative on what all needs to be done. Have recommended Aspen Dental to several people. Best Dentist office I’ve ever dealt with!
Dr. K and his assistant Haley are amazing! I had to get a root canal and they were very kind and calming. The procedure went painlessly which I am grateful for, but I was even more impressed with how nice, caring, and knowledgeable they were.
Front desk clerk is very unfriendly. Knowing I drive from San Angelo Tx she tried to move My appointment that had been set two weeks ago. I have been taking antibiotics to assure no infection. When I said no she got mad . Said ok come in but 1our later Then hung up. The first time I came over she ran me and my family out. Said My insurance would not cover. After we left she called me and said she was mistaken. Told me to come back. This lady is really bad for business. She stated she had over booked was her excuse for wanting to change my appointment.
So far having a great experience! Everyone in the office are very friendly. Smiles everywhere! I get nervous going to the dentist, but these guys made me feel so comfortable.
Avoid, such a scam. They did a crown to me and my wife as per recommended by the dentist and assured us that it is covered by the insurance, already paid $3500 for both of us as copay, then after a 1 year another bill was sent to us worth $1500 which the insurance company did not covered because they did not provide enough proof. This dental clinic is a scam. Beware, and my wife's face swolled and very reddish after 4 hours and lasted for 2weeks cause of nerve damage because of the dentist's work.
I would not recommend this place. They are all about offering you expensive unnecessary procedures. They recommend a treatment plan and when I showed it to another dentist for a second opinion and she was shocked by what they recommended. I went there today to try and schedule an extraction because the other dentist recommended it. One of the ladies at the front desk was telling me that I can only do the extraction if I do a periodontal service which I wasn't in agreement with because I had a right to choose the service I think was most important to me at this time and not being forced to do any unnecessary procedures. She then told me that I am free to go to another dental office to get my extraction done if I am not in agreement with the service because the doctor recommend it. I thought that was very rude. I just stepped out after she said that.
