I had a bad motorcycle accident, and this was my first positive Healthcare experience since then, the ladies there were truly great, and repairing my front teeth along with all the x rays and fillings was only 200 with insurance. They got everything done In 2 hours, and do a warranty in case you break the fillings. Truly above and beyond. Love this place.
We drove all the way from Coulee Dam about 90 miles for an appointment that was confirmed the day before. My husband was less than happy. Long story, he originally went there because his bottom teeth were bad almost 3 years ago. The Twin Falls office told him that he would have to pay down his balance before they would replace them. Paid off the balance, returned to Aspen Dental for implants in the East Wenatchee area, they made him dentures, that don't fit, by the way. Told him, he could go to any Aspen Dental in the country and they would adjust them. Nope! He tried that he now has as a balance for a little over 8 grand & still doesn't have bottom teeth. I will NEVER go to Aspen Dental EVER!! All they do is take your money! Go anywhere else, please!
I had knocked out 2 front teeth while on a trampoline at our local high school. Since that event over 50 years ago I have had several permanent bridges. This last time the post teeth were no longer usable. Opting for permanent implants, and not being comfortable with plan and cost my then current dentist provided, I did a consult with Aspen in East Wenatchee, WA. They got me in much sooner and were very professional but had a much more relaxed attitude, explained procedure and steps very thoroughly. The staff were exceptionally friendly with positive senses of humor. The young female dentist explained they could do the entire removal of the old bridge and remaining roots of post teeth, install permanent anchors, complete bone grafts as needed, and install the new bridge. All said and done, it was not an onerous experience and more cost effective than the other dental offices proposal. Great staff, excellent communication, a more comfortable process than anticipated, superb results at a more pleasing price. I couldn't have expected better! Thanks Aspen!
I drove 45 minutes for my appointment. Then I got there the office was closed and the phone system was down. I received no email, phone call, or text that my appointment had been canceled.
Went to get my teeth fixed and came out worse then when I went in. Had two crowns put in and one cracked in the first week and they didn’t fix it. Wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.
As a new customer, I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff and doctors. This is the best and most pleasant experience I've had going to a dentist. The staff took the the time to explain what they were going to do. The dentist was very helpful in explaining what was going on in my mouth, what it was going to take to fix the problems and all of the options and alternatives. I will give this particular office a 10 out of ten on everything.
Really the best place ever. I'm a J1 and i broke my teeth. They really resolve that problem in less of 24 hours. Literally none of my co-workers know that i broke my teeth! Asome!! The dentist is amazing. They attended me really well! Thanks you really safe my smile here
I was able to book an appointment online over the weekend while they were closed. I cracked a tooth and they did my initial exam, a cleaning and pulled my broken tooth all in one day. It was the gentlest cleaning I've ever had, they listened to my fear of needles for the tooth extraction, and were very accommodating. At a different dentist, i was quoted over twice what i paid at Aspen to have the extraction done. Over all the best dentist experience I've ever had.
First time, excellent attention, very concern about my needs. Ready to answer my questions and friendly people.
Had a great experience today, and would highly recommend this Aspen Dental! The entire staff was very personable and helpful, and the Dentist was very thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions and go over my treatment plan with me. Pricing was straightforward and very reasonable.
