Beginning to end was extraordinary! Definitely recommend. I wish that I can remember the names. I think Alexis or Alexandria was 100% awesome! The hygienists was 100% awesome! My dentist was 100% awesome! The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was over the top, all around perfect! My teeth has never been cleaned to perfection until her. I am so grateful! 100  s!!!

Broke a molar over the weekend, called on Monday to make an appointment, was seen that Wednesday.  The techs and Dr. are amazing. Chloe cleaned my teeth and had the most gentle touch I've ever experienced at a dental office. Laura did my x-rays and was very pleasant to be around. Overall, a great experience with super kind staff.  My only letdown was the wait time for the actual dental work needing to be done. It's mid November now, and soonest date I can get my teeth fixed is April. Luckily there is a cancelation list, which I am hopeful to get in sooner.  Fantastic experience, overall. Very lucky to have them near me.

A very welcoming dentistry company that pays attention to patient's need and dental urgency.  The receptionist, office financial secretary, Xray technician, hygienist and the dentist are all very polite, caring and professional in meeting and examining patients' need and dental health.  Is a very advance, highly technical dentistry company that I ever came across.  I was amazed that in a small town as Benton Harbor in the State of Michigan, there is such an advance dental clinic.  I strongly agreed and recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable dentists.

WARNING: Be sure to get an itemized breakdown of costs before you pay! I went in for my cleaning recently which is completely covered by my insurance. I was told when I checked in I owed $89.70. When I asked why it was for I owed $8.70 from a xray post insurance payment balance the remaining $80 was for a fluoride toothpaste and ‘gel’ for deep pockets that the hygienist who did my cleaning told me I didn’t need. This isn’t the first instance that this has happened at Aspen dental either, they tried to charge a few hundred dollars for an electric toothbrush before taking it off my bill when I was getting fillings replaced.  It’s a shame because the people who work there and the hygienists are amazing people and they do wonderful work.

They have helped my husband out with damage to false teeth three times over years.  Fast service so he didn't go toothless more than couple hours. Great business!

They got me in quickly!! They were all so nice and understanding! They were not judgemental and put off!! They spoke to me not at me and that means the world when you are embarrassed and afraid!! They all made me feel very comfortable and they were eager to help in any way they could!! I've got to go back for more but so far..... EXCELLENT!!

I saw Dr. Rayford C. Alva for the first time today & I was impressed with him! Although my experience with Aspen to date has not been good, I really liked Dr. Alva & appreciate that he arranged a bit of a refund for me to release Aspen from their happy denture guarantee. I most appreciate that he could recommend I follow up with a prosthodontist as that would be my best resolution. Although disappointed that I was offered such a small amount of refund given, appreciate that “ something is better than nothing.” Have to respect a professional who knows their limits!

I was treated very well, and I was so pleased with how they explained what they were doing and what was needed. Chloe and Angel were amazing and very professional. Thanks to all of you and the dentist was thorough even though they were shorthanded and very busy.

Very professional made my feel very comfortable with the two extractions I had I felt no pain the dentist even took extra time with his great precision and techniques put stitches in that dissolve to heal better best experience I have ever had
