Gave them two stars because the work done was not an issue. The issue is that they were paid by my insurance and two and a half months later claim they never received payment. The office manager just likes to argue with the customers instead of listening and solving the issue. So here I am 6 almost 7 months since paying for something we shouldn't have been charged for to begin with but the office manager thinks she knows it all and argued with me that final dentures are not covered when they are and now they lost the payment from insurance and she claims insurance told her it was not paid which is a lie. My insurance company said she requested proof of payment sent to aspens corporate office so she was told it was sent and just lied to me. I hope the owner sees this review and discusses this with his office manager and explains that yes final dentures are covered and to be nicer to the patients and do her job properly and follow through. I asked if I needed to get an attorney involved and she said maybe you do. So she is also telling people to sue Aspen. Not good.
Very friendly and they don’t make you feel guilty. Although everyone seems nice the lady who checked me receptionist not dental personal, was snippy. She might have been having a bad day but I’ve read a few reviews and seems to be how she is. I’d like to really give her the benefit of the doubt. We will see because when I go back I get attitude I literally will have to contact someone. No one when they are pain and hate the dentist to begin with want to deal with rude people.
I've been needing to have a lot of dental work done for a very long time but kept putting it off because I knew it was going to be expensive and that I would have no way to pay for it up front, which is what 99% of dental offices want. But Aspen Dental worked with me on financing and a payment plan so that I could go ahead and get the procedures that I so desperately need. And everybody on their staff that I met was very friendly, polite, helpful and informative, which is a big plus seeing as I'm heading into unknown territory with this procedure. I will highly recommend using them to anyone.
I haven't been to a dentist in almost five years, because it was almost always a horrible experience for me, from unfriendly staff, to being provided services that were made to seem necessary, but were absolutely not. Recently, my grandparents had begun goin to Aspen Dental, and had very good experiences, and so my mom talked forced me into scheduling an appointment with them. Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, not only are they able to see you very quickly most dental offices are booked months out, they scheduled me the very next week from when I first called, all the staff is very friendly and informative. They answered any questions I had, and were very forthright with information, even showing me the 3D scans and xrays of my mouth without having to ask for them. After the appointment, I was pleasantly surprised to find they have an in-house financial advisor, who speaks with you directly after your appointment, should you need any services, to ensure you have the financial ability to pay, and will work with you in finding lenders/loan programs to help cover whatever costs your insurance doesn't cover. In conclusion, this is by far the best dental office I've been to yet, and not only am I already fully aware of what I will need to pay to get my fillings and etc., all of my appointments that needed to be scheduled are all within the next couple of weeks, rather than months out! Check out Aspen Dental if you're looking for a new dental office, they're fast, informative, friendly, and most importantly affordable.
Never ever go here or trust these people. They tried to remove all my teeth when it wasn't needed. And they charged me for hour and a half of anesthesia when they only had me under for 15 minutes. Refused to refund me money and then told me to find someone else to do my dental work. Because I stood up to their scam. If you have any concerns. Contact me and I'll explain further. Do not go here.
I found that the front desk ladies were a bit rude. I went in with as an emergency walk in because I had an infection in my jaw, was told by the receptionist the dentist wouldn’t help me or give me antibiotics and that I needed to see a specialist in chicago, upon going back there the dentist did in fact give me antibiotics after telling him i was diabetic and it was necessary or the infection would make me sick. I am already terrified of the dentist because of past experiences, the dental assistants had awful bedside manner and acted as if I was an inconvenience to them for even being there. The dental hygienist was the only one who seemed human at all. They literally don’t do anything here other than treat you badly, refer you to other dentists and specialists, and convince you they can’t fix your cavity’s without doing their overpriced deep clean first. Do not recommend this place, just another corporate dentist that wants money out of you.
Very. Polite and seems to. Honestly care about the patient, no body gets turned away. Whether they have money or not. They are eager to work with your situation,, what I really like about them. They. Can do any procedure. Right. Ionsight. Instead of having the patient running all over town
Always a great experience. Dr. Baños is great and the staff is so friendly and nice. Everyone has a very positive attitude which you don’t see too often anymore.
Great dental work, financing available, try their best to make you as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!
Very detailed and friendly estsblishment! Everything I needed done was done in a matter of 3 days and worked with my schedule. The doctor is very nice as well would go back to him again!
