Took me in on same day appointment due to incident causing trauma to my jaw. It was on a Thursday. My OWN dentist office said they couldn’t see me till MONDAY. It was a workman’s comp visit. Not only did they do a full orbital X-ray and full mouth X-ray, but the doctor did a thorough exam, the hygienist came in and checked my whole mouth, and they charged ZERO for the entire visit called it an initial consultation. My HR and the rep at the workman’s comp company were in disbelief that they would charge ZERO on a workman’s comp visit. But it’s true. They were wonderful, and I have found my new dentist. Thank you, Aspen Dental.
Was scheduled today to get wisdom teeth extracted. And they didn’t call me ahead of time to let me know the dentist I was scheduled with. Was actually on vacation and that it would be a different dentist doing my procedure! Really unprofessional but the staff was very friendly at my first appointment.
The dentist and the employees were Nice. The Price for services even after insurance was ridiculous. It would have been out of pocket $1500+ Dollars even after insurance discounting $2000 and insurance paying $1025 dollars towards the bill. I still even after all that it was $1500+ out of pocket. Add that all up. I will not say ASPEN has bad service just way to expensive and way overpriced. I could imagine if you had no insurance.
Worst experience I have ever witnessed in a business. I went to have my teeth cleaned. I get there and set for 3 hours and then finally get my X-rays done. Then the dr came in and looked at my teeth and said someone will be calling to schedule your cleaning. I went there because I already had appointment for cleaning. I never got a call back a month later. So now I am trying to call them and just get a vm. Can’t reach a live person. I just need a cleaning for Christ sake!!!
I just left the office in Brownwood completely upset and overwhelmed. I went in for a tooth pain and all they could do was tell me everything under the sun was wrong with every tooth in my head. In there an hour and a half hurting yet my immediate problem is unaddressed. I have never experienced such treatment in my life. I finally couldn’t listen to them anymore and left the office completely upset. Unbelievable.
Very professional and caring staff. The Dentist was very informative and helped us to understand all that needed to be done.
Made an appointment for tooth pain and extraction on Monday. I’d been having said tooth pain since Saturday. They took me back, numbed me up with shots just to tell me everything else that was wrong with my teeth, then proceed to tell me they didn’t have time to do the extraction. Now I am in more pain than before… I drove an hour to be there and missed work. Now I have to do the same thing all over again because they gave me the run-around. I will not be going back after this extraction. Total waste of time and pain.
The staff was very efficient. I was pleased with the treatment and look forward to my next appointment.
They were very professional and polite and I found out what I needed to do for my teeth. I liked them all. Only negative is that they do not use laughing gas with their procedures & I have some anxiety & that really helps for me to relax. Expensive even with insurance but everything is more.
I dont want to go into a long story but this place is a joke and will only try to add on as much dental work as posible then they will loose your apt after prepaying. To say the least we got a refund and will go to anywhere else.
