DA Jamie was amazing and quick fast x-rays I've ever had, my hygienist Amber was so sweet and Dr. Cruz was amazing and straight forward with want was the best treatment for me. I have had a lot of medical problems cancer chemo treatments and she took everything into consideration and we came up with a great plan and I can't wait for all my future visits. Everyone there was professional and so kind 10/10 highly recommend Aspen Dental....
Was treated with respect, dignity and patience. Felt so good with my comfort and relaxation first and foremost on their minds. All my dental fears were put to rest and eased. Am so glad we now have great folks to go see and enjoy the care they give. Thank you Shannon, Kim, Ashley, Dr Cruz and the front desk lady and anyone else that contributed to dental visit. Will be seeing them again for more care.
Every staff member I talked with was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The most thorough exam I have ever had. The pricing is good with many plans available if you do not have dental insurance. I was able to get my appointment the very next day after I called to get on scheduled. Before any procedures are done, after your initial exam, you are required to have an oral cancer screening. The cost is $30.00 without insurance.
It's been over a year since I received an extraction at the Jacksonville office and honestly was the worse experience I ever had with health care. Since then I have found a good dental professional that can do more than simple cleaning. So as I have told everyone for the last year any place is better than Aspen dental in Jacksonville. Lane Dentistry, , Frost Dentistry or a guy with a rock on hwy 17. So please beware
Giving them one star because I have to 1000 percent do not recommend using them! My daughter and I both had appointments today. My daughter got her teeth cleaned they then had me wait an hour and half to tell me that I would have to make another appointment to get my teeth cleaned that was why i made an appointment to start with. What is the point of having an appointment if I have to make another one especially after waiting and hour and half to find out the hygienist had left for the day. Very ill and disappointed after today’s visit and will be looking for another provider that takes my insurance as this is not the place to go.
Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with a crown. They did not check to see the fitting after putting it on, just sent me home with cotton between my teeth. It was horribly uncomfortable for quite awhile, feeling too large for the space, and when I began to feel pain in the surrounding area, I called back. They didn't return my call and I had to call 4 times. I tried twice to schedule an appointment and they refused to see me and sent me back to the endontist. The pain was nonexistent before the poor fitting crown. I explained time and again the poor fitting. I've never seen anywhere in my life refuse a follow-up appointment after a procedure. I'm extremely disappointed and will find further dental care elsewhere.
Everyone was friendly, courteous, and answered any and all questions I had. I was told exactly what I needed to have done, given my next appointments, and was even guided through the financial portion. Everyone there made me feel like I was part of a family. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
This practice is unresponsive. They set up my SO with dentures and had no follow up. He has an abscess and the best they would do is see him in a few weeks. Dental abscesses can kill you in less time than that. And in the meantime, he can't use the dentures because they don't fit right and caused the abscess in the first place. Now he can't even get a call back. It's disappointing at best and malpractice at worst. I'll be helping him register a complaint with the insurance company.
I have not had a good experience with Aspen Dental in Amarillo TX nor in Jacksonville NC. My partial was ill fitted and poorly made for my mouth by the Amarillo office. I felt so humiliated by staff in the Amarillo office after they sent me home with a partial knowing the teeth were too big for my mouth that I never went back. My partial then broke the past week and I called to schedule an appointment in the Jacksonville location because we moved here due to my husband being in the military and was never contacted back. She said she would call and never did. She said the soonest I would be able to get in is October. I cant not even eat with my broken partial. They seem not to care about you being humiliated and embarrassed by your teeth. I was shown no compassion by either office.
Everyone was absolutely wonderful & informative. Love the staff. These ladies were great! I’m so glad I didn’t cancel my appointment because they truly did a fantastic job and made me feel very comfortable.
