I went in for a cleaning and check up. Had x-rays, the girl was super rude. I wasn't the best patient to have x-rays taken but who really is. She just acted like I annoyed her and she didn't want to be there. I get it, it's work and you're tired, but that's life. Then the doctor comes in and he was okay, but I am aware that I have impacted wisdom teeth, I had previously seen an oral surgeon about it and he recommended I didn't act on it. So he tells me teeth look good, wisdom teeth need to come out asap. That's it we're done. They take me to the person who talks about billing I guess, she says the hygienist is out so we will have to reschedule your cleaning, which was really the only reason I went. Then wants to schedule the surgery to get my wisdom teeth out. With my insurance it was $950 and I said I don't have that kind of money. So we scheduled my cleaning, and then my fillings I didn't even know I needed because he told me they looked good. Just a bad experience overall, I released my records to another dentist. Won't ever go back.
Absolutely the worst place and experience ever! I had a tooth that broke off and the remaining part of the tooth was still intact but I was in severe pain. I called Aspen and explained what happened and let the girl on the phone know I needed the tooth out ASAP. She told me hold on and let me talk with my boss or someone and let them know and see if we can bypass exam and just focus on that tooth. She came back on the phone and said the soonest appointment is at 4 and of course I took that appointment because I was in so much pain. She never once told me that my appointment was for an exam and consult. I get to my appointment and they took me back, did x-rays etc. Then the dental assistant said the dentist will be in and then you will meet with I guess billing girl. So I asked we are getting this tooth out right? She responded with, that is up to the Dr. The dentist came in looked at my x-rays and then tried to tell me the tooth that was causing me so much pain was not the one causing me pain but a different tooth???? What?? I let him know real quick he was not right. After the dentist left we went and meet with some advisor/billing girl, who was so rude and condensing! She tells me they won't be able to pull my tooth because they were about to close!!! I was in tears because I was in pain and lied to by the girl that scheduled me. I asked to speak to the manager but how convenient she was in a meeting! I left there still in pain. I will never use Aspen dental ever again and will not recommend even my worst enemy to use them! I have reported them to the BBB! I found another dentist who took care of me same day and they were wonderful! They even stayed past closing time!!! My name is Maranda Huffhines! My Google is under my daughter's name so when I get the reply to please call to discuss your concernsBS, please use my name!!!!
I went to Aspen Dental for a recent dental exam and X-rays. Staff was very professional and answered every question I had. Aspen Dental also has convenient payment options for people without dental insurance which is why I chose them. After having multiple fillings done, I can say without a doubt Dr.VanDoren does fantastic work. I’m very happy with the results and grateful she fixed my smile. I highly recommend.
I saw someone else left a review comparing them to a car dealership... I have to say that is pretty accurate. I went in with a broken tooth that was causing a lot of pain, I left with a still painful broken tooth and a rather large estimate to "fix everything". Seems to me there was far more concern over selling me the full package than there was at addressing the current and only issue I had when I went in. I'm sure the work they do is excellent but it felt like going to a dealership for a new tire and leaving with the same flat tire and a quote for a new engine.
So thankful for the staff and team. They were exceptionally professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. I am very thankful for haveing the the doctor Nicole do the procedure to go with ease and no pain at all As well as the helpful hand Kayla who was reassuring and always willing to help with questions and support through the full process.
Had a broken tooth and they got me in and out w Prescribing me some pain pills and scheduled to pull it for the next day. The doctor made sure I was comfortable thru the whole process and even with all the swelling I had she still made it to where I didn’t feel a thing. Was very happy with the services they provided :
Eating pizza a semicircle chipped out of a 12 month old bottom plate. I dropped it off for a repair and $138.00 later I got back my lower denture to find that one tooth is completely exposed. The repair looks like it was done by a grad student. The repair is overtly visible. The standard of workmanship is really shocking. If it wasn’t the Monday before Thanksgiving I would not have taken delivery at all. The repair is substandard by any stretch of the imagination. I will never recommend Aspen Dental.
What a wonderful experience throughout!! Especially the young lady who helped me pick out then acquire financing for my new teeth. She was a Godsend and deserves a raise for the absolute professional manner with which she conducted business.
I really don’t have one positive things to say about this establishment. I go in for an appointment. And I arrive 30 minutes early. Thirty minutes after my appt time I am seen. They needed X-rays. Granted I have had plenty of X-rays of my teeth done in Thanh past and never had the experience I had that day. Whatever torture device it is that they’re using is way to much. Almost a week has gone by and I have multiple cuts on the roof of my mouth as well as the thin piece of skin under my tongue. Gagging every time they stuck that thing in my mouth. Just for them to say “breathe through your nose”. Now to the good part. Eye roll… I originally made the appointment due to a filling falling out of my back tooth. I just wanted that tooth fixed before it began to cause pain. I get in the chair and they do their exam and then go on to tell me I have periodontal disease. And need like 4 teeth pulled which they would replace with implants, most of my teeth needed buildups and crowns of some sort, and root canals. Never did they even touch on the tooth that I was there for!!!!!! Then they sit me in a room after having their chat with the finance counselor. After about twenty minutes they call me to the desk where a lady heads me a huge print off 4 pages of work i “need” done. And their treatment plan and the order they would do it in totaling 20k…oh but they acted so generous to apply my insurance where they could which would take 1.3k off. Then they said we will even take off another 2-2.5k leaving my quote to be 16.5k. Now remember the one tooth I wanted fixed. I don’t even think they put that tooth as top priority. I would suggest looking elsewhere for dentistry. It’s nice that they’re open later than most dentist offices and you can get an appointment scheduled fairly quick. But that’s because they have entry level dentists and sooooo many there. For the sake of your pocket book and your mouth, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I haven't been to the dentist in awhile and was really worried about my smile. So called Aspen Dental they got me an appointment right away. Went in and was able to do 90% of what I needed right then. There was financial help and everything. I am glad I made the call and my teeth are to!
