Do not trust this dental office. They told me I needed expensive periodontal cleanings that aren’t covered by insurance. I decided to try a different dentist after several of these cleanings. The new dentist told me that I did not need periodontal cleanings. After receiving a regular cleaning, I realized that the cleanings Aspen was doing was exactly the same as the cleaning I got at the new dentist. There were several red flags that prompted me to seek a new dental office. The hygienist and staff at Aspen were completely different every time I had my 6-month check-up and cleaning. I was also charged for extra things that I was not asked if I wanted like fluoride treatments. These were also not covered by dental insurance. At a different Aspen location, my son was charged for an electric toothbrush that he said he did not want, and did not get. They finally refunded his money, but only after giving him the run-around for about 6 weeks.
Get ready the statute of limitations is almost up.This review is a warning shot. If I don't have the rest of my money returned for this horrific dental experience I am sending you something that will be hand delivered which will cost money and I am gonna want money for any expenses incurred. I had two chipped teeth fixed that lasted 24 hours. I had a real dentist fix them 2.5 years ago and they are still doing great. The ****** dentist ground teeth on a slope which had to get fixed by the good dentist Get ready your day is coming soon. If I don't receive the rest of money I will forced to send papers by the end of the month. There will be video released describing the whole affair and this review will be edited regularly to give up to date information. I would describe this horrible experience in detail but I am having to type out on tiny keyboard. Christine or whatever your name is you suck at dentistry. By the way do your homework about Aspen dental there is plenty out there to ward you off. Hopefully they have video of the visit that I can get through the freedom of information act. I will add this to the video review. By the way if you read my review read the rest of the reviews some of the positive are clearly fake. Revenge is best served cold.
I had an awesome experience! Staff was kind, and courteous! They handled my teeth with precision and care, and was very quick.
I'm so glad that I chose Aspen Dental. Their kindness and professionalism is unparalleled. From financing to a care plan and implementation, each step has been an exceptionally good experience.
Worst experience of my life. I went in on Monday with a horrible toothache. Spent over 3 and a half hours for them to do X-rays and an exam. They couldn’t figure out my insurance so they said they would call me to set it up. I’ve called Tuesday and Wednesday and they still say they’re waiting on a fax that my insurance says has been successfully sent multiple times. Finally decided to say forget it and I’m going to see another dentist Friday that had no issue running my insurance. I would suggest you not waste your time here.
Went 2 wks ago, financed approved, but had storm damage and unable to call for extraction, when we did call back my husband did not get call back. So a few days later I called left msg to contact him with his phone number, advising if he didn't get call back we would look for another office to help him. They called back that day but on my phone. Set appt for 8/9/23 @ 10:30....waited an hour to be told he had to talk to finance even though we had already and got insurance thru Medicare to help with cost. No one tried to stop us or even call him to apologize....we would never recommend this office. We are calling another office today.
The extractions I needed were quick and painless, I am happy with the work that was done. The surgeon did a great job, even though I was an emotional wreck at first. I'm naturally terrified of the dentist, which is why I need such extensive work done. I understand there's a job to be done, however I felt like I personally needed just a minute or two of extra reassurance that I did not receive. No one was never unkind or rude, maybe just overworked? The office was full and seemed over booked. I was even asked to come in earlier than my original appointment. I'm sure there are many patients to help, but I felt like I was rushed and missing that extra level safety and care I appreciate when I'm at the dentist office.
The staff was nice dentures fit good and looked nice but the problem is the front teeth have fell out twice in a short period of time I'm almost scared to use them . this is my third set of dentures and never happened before this set so I wouldn't recommend them for making dentures don't know why they can't make the teeth stay in.
My mother needed new dentures after breaking her old ones. I contacted the answering service to schedule an appointment for her. They claimed that things were moving more slowly than normal because their systems had been down for more than a month and they were unsure of when they would be back up and running. In addition, they could not make the appointment at the Anderson location because of the systems being down. we like in Pelzer but we understood that things happen that you can't control and we took an appointment at the Easley location. The next day, they scheduled her appointment. They did everything necessary to create her dentures, including taking X-rays, casting/molds of her teeth, and getting her other dental procedures done. She spent three hours there. At the checkout, they instructed her to phone her insurance provider, acquire her deductible amount, and then call up there to inform them. I contacted them the next day and gave them the sum since their systems are down and they can't do it, for whatever reason. When I contacted them again a week later to check on the situation, they had no idea what was going on. THREE WEEKS LATER, I CALLED TO ASK WHEN WE COULD SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO GO GET HER FITTED FOR HER DETURES BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE DONE, AND THE WOMAN TELLS ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE HER MOLDS IN THE LAB, SO IT'S LIKE SHE NEVER WAS SEEN!!! After going to look again, she stated she would call back later, which she did not. SHORT STORY LONG...NEVER will I ever suggest them to anybody! My mom's teeth are still broken, and I had to schedule another appointment with someone else that is a month out. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS
It was great everyone was polite I would introduce y'all to my family and friends it was awesome thank each and everyone....
