Horrible customer service and communication. I went in with an emergency dental problem. Lots of pain. They would not extract the tooth without me scheduling another service. Then they said they just didn't have the time. Please DO NOT advertise that you can provide emergency dental care. You DO NOT! I made the appointment and got told that they didn't have the time to treat me after I said I couldn't promise I had the time to schedule this extra cleaning service for $1,000 in the next week. What was the point of making the appointment? To sell me extra services, I'm sure. The receptionist even told me they wouldn't let me leave in that sort of pain. But they did. No help at all. All that time wasted while I was in serious pain. They made me feel like it was an inconvenience to them that I was there. They had a time slot open and I took it. But they don't leave enough time to offer any services. I ended up going to a wonderful private practice same day and they removed the effected tooth. They were incredibly kind and caring. Aspen dental is horrible. I will make sure everyone I know, knows they are awful.
Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and caring. They could tell I was nervous and explained things thoroughly. Very knowledgeable in their craft. Even though my insurance isn't in their network I still want to work with them in the future worth every penny. It's hard to find such caring AND educational help these days. 10/10 would recommend.
First, five stars is not enough!! This business is amazing and cares for their patients. I have been desperately searching for a dentist who could help me but also be affordable. My dental needs were extensive and so expensive. Aspen dental worked with me and I have received a full set of dentures for a price that won't leave me choosing between my health and other daily life expenses. I will forever be gratefull for their kindness, compassion and understanding. As for my Dentist, Dr. Jackie!!!!! She IS the best dentist I have EVER had, EVER! She is honest, sincere, caring and truly is in it for the best interest of her patients. I honestly CAN NOT say enough about her. I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs. The ENTIRE staff from start to finish were pleasant, helpful and simply so very kind! Thank you Aspen dental for making my life changing dental needs a pleasant experience. I will always recommend you.
I went in for information about having some dental work done. Met with the doctor and the billing staff. Made another appointment to start my dental work. The day of my appointment, they called and canceled. Their system was down and I was out of luck. I took the day off for this appointment. They finally made another appointment for me to come in. I arrived to find that they had not only lost their computer system but the common sense as well. Did I have my paperwork from last time? No, we’ll we can’t do anything for you today. The doctor came in and gave me a speech about how I needed to show respect for the whole office or I would be canceled by her. I drove an hour to get there and I was in the office for an hour. I will not be back. I have no respect for them or their ineptitude.
Aspen Dental was a pure Joy going. From Office help to X-Rays to meeting my Dentist. All such Amazing people they help me feel like I was worth getting my teeth fixed. Yes lots of money but they helped us financially and I am worth it so is my health.
Website is misleading. States "emergency" dental work. Im in Joliet, IL for work and am experiencing severe tooth pain. Made an appointment, got right in and received exam and X-Rays for only 20$ which is pretty good, however once seen I had a consultation. Was told I am unable to get any work done for another week and a half and work to be done didn't even have anything to do with the tooth that is killing me. I have another month of work to do out here and I guess will just suffer until I get home. The Dr and X-Ray tech were very nice though.
My husband paid his bill in full. Came in for follow up treatment and was told he still owed money. My husband came home to get receipt. Brought it back to the office and was told to sit in waiting room. No apology. Finally left as he was there for 20 min. NEVER AGAIN!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE 100/10. I have severe dental anxiety and there was an upcoming dental deep cleaning procedure I needed to do which caused so much distress. During the middle of the appointment, I had a major breakdown and anxiety attack and IMMEDIATELY, the staff were extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. Dr. Nguyen, Kadine, Caroline, is so great and one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. Now I feel incredibly confident about myself and my smile which I don’t have to hide anymore. Will be coming here for now on, please come here, you will leave smiling bigger than ever!
I had an amazing experience here, everyone was nice, I felt relaxed especially in the room itself with the TV. They took the time To explain things to me. But Shelby just Topped it off with being so caring even though I said I couldn’t afford certain things she didn’t make me feel rushed or anything great team!
Amazing staff and atmosphere. Helped me immensely and I could NOT be more pleased. Thank you so much, Aspen, for getting my mouth back to healthy and not making me feel bad in any way.
