I had an appointment set for hygiene so I can make a new crown, and before the date of the appointment by 5 days I started feeling a pain due to some cavities on the right corner of my mouth. When I showed up I requested to see the doctor as an emergency, claimed to be considered as a priority on the website. However, all the person on the front desk did is totally ignored the pain I was feeling and said this is a hygiene appointment and the doctor can see me after it. Well okay, after doing the hygiene the person on the front desk gave me an appointment 8 days later and said that the doctor cannot see me. Am I supposed to live with that pain for eight more days? It felt like they really do not care about the customer and how they feel and all it mattered was how to do the hygiene and collect the fees. Very far from the ethics of any profession and very unprofessional person. I went to another dentist and immediately did a Xray, cleaning, and set an appointment for a filling.
I had an excellent experience, greeted me right as I walked in, checked me in and they was ready for me no waiting at all and the time for my appointment was perfect at 7am and finished in a timely fashion, filled me in on details about what the procedure was, really enjoyed my whole time there. Very polite and professional
Wisdom tooth extractions very expensive and pain full. 800 per tooth couldn't even give any pain meds.4 days later still waking up in pain
I went in for just cleaning also was told I have periodontal disease and then it was gonna cost $5000 to take care of it. They were very pushy. I went to another dentist and they also said that I do have some gum disease and it was going to take two visits of cleaning but not $5000 more like $200
Not straight upfront with facts and figures. After the x-rays the costs were not clearly explained and the following day when I called, I was put on hold 3 times because the lady did not know the answer after she gave me answers to questions I never asked. Finally I just gave up and hanged up the phone in which she did not call back.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Although the prices they quoted me was higher than I had anticipated, I would tell others about their kindness.
The wait time at this place was so long. I left before half the exam was done. They tried to tell me based off an X-ray that I had to a deep cleaning that would cost 2000$ and would need a special tooth brush. I visited another dentist and they had a totally different perspective on my teeth. Told me I needed just a basic cleaning. While I was waiting I overheard them talking to another client about there care. I was not impressed. I have health insurance and would rather pay cash to get my teeth cleaned else where. You can’t trust this place to be honest with your care. I won’t be returning.
This is what happened in my experience I got my wisdom teeth removed at this place. It was not a very pleasant experience for me they were supposed to take out all four in 1 hour 30 min I was there for two and a half and only got two taken out the first one was no problem the second one oh my they where struggling. I felt like my second wisdom tooth was a slab of concrete and someone was hitting it with a jack hammer. So after the 2 and a half hours were done they only got two wisdom teeth were removed they said they would refer me to an orthodontist. Last but not least I couldn’t feel my cheek for 3 months after.
Great experience here everyone is super nice and very professional. Wherever I would call there were really long wait times to be seen not at Aspen dental. I looked up Aspen dental and they were able to see me right away. Free x-rays and exams and even a 20% discount for being a new patient that is awesome. This place really cares about their patients I recommend them 101%.
Everyone was so kind and friendly! There was no wait for my appointment, and I was seen immediately when I arrived. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was able to be seen and get out quickly, and I appreciated it. The work was well done, and I definitely recommend them.
