Yesterday had a full mouth extraction done here. Dr. Haynes and her assistant were compassionate, sweet and understanding. I have a huge fear of dentists and they went above and beyond to try and help me feel comfortable. Really made me realize that the dentist can suck, but its the people that make it tolerable. Thank you again Aspen Dental!
We have used Aspen dental in previous cities and had positive experiences. Just moved to College Station and had to wait over an hour to be seen. Came back for a cleaning and was told there is a long wait. I asked if it was an hour again like last time, the receptionist says an hour wait for a new patient is good because its usually longer and that is normal. So I left because I know that is not in other locations.
I had a terrible experience at Aspen Dental. They are a corporation trying to make money off of you. I only came here since I am a college student otherwise I would have to drive to my hometown. I made an appointment and they said that my first diagnostic appointment was free - however obviously they make you pay for the services. They asked for my dental insurance which I provided to them to cover the services portion. This is where things got bad. I had an appointment for 1:30 PM and was in the waiting room for more than 1.5 hours. They then called my name and got my xrays and did all these tests. It was 4:00 by the time these tests were completed. They said I had to do all these ridiculous treatments and said I had textbook gingivitis and needed all these services done. They told me it would cost $2500+. I was horrified as the practice I go in my hometown would charge $150. By this time it was 4:15 PM and they told me it was too late to do any of the services not that I wanted to continue anyways since they quoted me a ridiculous amount and therefore book an appointment the following day. It was a complete waste of time and they just want to scam you. I demanded that they not use my insurance as I have free semi annual checkups as they had said that the first appointment is free and I went back to double check and tell them not to. My insurance called and said they still went ahead. They are a complete scam and a waste of time - I hope you really do read the reviews and see what other people have said. This is a terrible place to go and would not recommend anyone else to go.
Today September 27-2022 I needed to see an dentist .so I called aspen dental office. Thank you Lord they had an open appointment..the staff were so nice an helpful. Dr.cole, Monica,Ouachi, I know I need lost of work but they made me feel an hole lot better about my teeth. I need lots of work an they are on there job about helping with my pain.an Dylan man he help me out alot on an payment plan.An I Thank the Lord for him doing his job to help on payments. So if you want friendly people Aspen dental in college Station is the place to go.
I've had Monica as my dental hygienist for over 2 years now and she is amazing. She's fast, realistic and great at her job . Every time I go I see a different dentist, never any bad experiences but just not consistent.
They kept pushing my appointment back and then would call to cancel. They told me to make a new appointment online, not in person. I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy. I think they are covering for having no dentist on site. Just don’t. I’d give negative stars if I could.
Waste of time. I knew I needed a root canal going in. They put me thru a complete exam and rung up the estimate to $11000. And they can't do a root canal. The one endodontist they have on contract can't take insurance so the whole thing was pointless. Dentists used to do root canals but now not so much. The x-rays were very uncomfortable.
I had to be seen twice as there were complications the first time. I ended up finding another dentist to fix the issue as I could no longer floss between the tooth that was fixed. I am still getting calls about billing after paying everything yet no one ever answers when I call. The call center not located in college station cannot get in contact with this location. I regret going here.

Very nice and professional staff with a great sense of humor. They made me feel comfortable, and they were very considerate of my needs, my worries, and fears.
