The whole staff was awesome. The call center told me I could walk in and be seen. When I got here they told me they don’t take walk ins after noon. But since I was in so much pain they made an exception. So very thankful for their compassion.
Dr Grey was awesome!! His assistant anticipated his every move. Great team. Staff was so nice and polite.
I like the people in general and I'm going try to give them a chance but first visit upset me. I told them I am having dental surgery October 2nd, I needed fitted for top dentures, which I have a pair but needed new ones and I needed fitted for new dentures when they took my teeth out on the second. They told me Come in and they would do the mold now, I drove an hour and half to parkersburg with my 6 children and husband waited an hour in the room for him to come in and say "I want to wait until after your surgery to get a better fitting" he did absolutely nothing but still made me sit in the room for an hour. The dental asstant already started my top denture molding and she got upset and left out because they could of done this molding and let me get my teeth so I didn't have to go without. I'm 31 years old, still some what young and want my dentures around the time I get them pulled, he wouldn't understand that. I have to wait 2 weeks after surgery then 4 more weeks after I get them mold. 6 weeks SMH! And I'm a CASH payee ! I loved the dental assistant she was amazing.

Office staff is very nice and friendly. Doctor that I saw was great. Unfortunately, the doctor that takes my insurance is no longer there, so I can't continue with them, but I think they are great.
Went in for what would have been my third try to be seen. First time, my appointment was cancelled due to reasons i cant remember fully. Second time was during their cyber incident or what ever it was, made an appointment with the call center and apparently it just never actually got put in the system. And third time, i was 5 minutes late due to construction and they told me that they would have to reschedule. So probably going to just find somewhere else to go.
Went there, took an hour in the chair waiting just for a check up. Made sure they had my insurance and information and still got a bill. Not for a copay or anything like that but as if I didn't give them my insurance info. Then I go to call them and there systems are down and can't do anything for the past three days. Don't think I will be going back to Aspen. Looking at the most recent stories, Aspen just got hit by a cyber attack.... wonder how much of my info they got.
Seems to be hard to find anyone that takes Guardian insurance but they do! Great payment options for a lot of work that I've put off and an incredibly friendly staff all around. The wait time was a little more than expected but they were very busy so it's understandable! 5 stars!
