Absolutely terrible! My Pomeranian looks like she got a haircut from a lawnmower it’s completely uneven and not even almost the cut we asked for, even had a photo to reference what we asked for and she looks absolutely terrible I could’ve done a better job cutting her hair myself I will never return! Completely unsatisfied my husband dropped her off and picked her up if it was me I would’ve complained immediately! The last photo is what we asked for and this is what we got! Terrible terrible!!
They do A very good job and very respectful love this place take my DOGS there all the time.
I took my two shitzus here and she did amazing job! We just got them and they were strays, so they really needed a chance to start over on the hair. They're cut short as we asked and look so pretty! We were offered the option to have bows in their hair too, but we opted out. Its a nice option though! I would highly recommend this groomers. I'm fully satisfied, the owner is SO nice and I can tell she really cares about the animals she works with. I'll definitely be back!
Had taken our dog here since he was a puppy 12 yrs. As soon as covid restriction were lifted called and the next day took him in. Called 5 weeks later and was told by a man that he would have too wait another 2 1/2 months to get him in. He is a peekaboo after 5 weeks waiting another 2 1/2 months is not a possibility, Went ahead and made an appointment since I had went there so long I got a star and since we lived so close we got 2 stars. If someone canceled we would be bumped up but if we were over 30 minutes late we would have to go to the back of the line. Later found out Derek had left found out where he was and had my dog in that afternoon. Never had a problem with him our dog loves him he has always treated him great. Glad we found Derek
These folks groomed our three dogs with care, and quickly too! Two of our dogs are extremely old, deaf and blind, and they were handled gently with no difficulty. Our dogs were returned to us calm and happy, and they both looked so handsome. The other dog had his nails trimmed so fast and expertly, he had no time to be scared. Great job. Thank you. Previous visits have been great. This time we took all five of our dogs in. Our Schnauzer came back fine Lynnette must have done her Our Bichon and Havanese came back horrible. They are uneven, they have horrible razor burns and seem traumatized. When we called to complain the male employee answered the phone and was totally rude and careless, all he said was bring them back and he would even their cuts up no way. He just said that the damage was unavoidable because they were matted. We don’t believe they’ve ever been that bad although they were a bit overdue. We just wished they would have called us or not even tried rather than hurt our babies. Lynnette has always been great but don’t let the guy touch your dogs. It seems as though our 5 along with all the others probably just made them to busy, they should have said so...
The greatest customer service ever! Lynette is so friendly and so good with our dogs! Derrick is awesome as well! Love the bow options for the pets and how clean my dogs come home as! Definitely recommend this grooming shop over any other in Pueblo!
Absolutely terrible. Picked my dog up, was obvious it was done quickly with no care. Took her home, saw blood all over my floor. I saw there was a large chunk of her paw pad cut off. They never told me they cut her foot. She was nicked several times on the tummy, and under her ears. It was my first and last time there. They obviously had too many dogs scheduled to do quality work. Also, they never asked me if my dog was friendly with other dogs. The first thing my dog saw was a giant pitbull behind the door standing in her face. Thank God my dog didn't mind him, but owners should be mindful of what an idiotic move it is to allow dogs to enter their area with a pit standing there. Especially since dogs entering are already stressed enough. Take your dog somewhere else, this wasn't okay by any means.
Initially happy when picked up my dog but after bringing home and looking over my dog. Not happy with the grooming. Hair was all uneven, his nails don't look like they've been cut. Just not happy Unfornuately.
Lynnette is amazing. She did such a great job on my Oliver. I will be back again.
