Aspen Mini Storage

Very convenient with automatic system for entry and easy leasing! Only comment is there is some water and is a bit muddy getting in but it’s not a huge deal as it hasn’t impacted my storage at all.

I signed a lease on a storage unit online which was a quick easy and process, everything is processed right away granting immediate access. I was impressed with the automatic gate with code entry. The facility seemed to be in better condition than most in the area. My only problem was that I tried to get in over 4th of July weekend and the automated system failed to give me a code to get into my unit. I was able to get in contact with staff who were very professional and helpful, but they said the owner was the only one who had access to that code and they were away for the holiday, so I ended up going to a different storage facility. The owner was very apologetic though and gave me a full refund. The owner obviously cares enough about their customers and reputation to reach out and make things right, so I'll have no hesitation to give Aspen Mini Storage another chance if I ever need a storage unit again.

The site is convenient. Recommended for storing non-treasured or weather proof items. Changed ownership a year ago and the new owner added different online services but nothing that wasn’t available before. Also added security and convenience with automatic gate. Two rates increases with new ownership to match market prices. Still has a lot of maintenance to catch up with: like water pooling when it rains or snows and most of the units don’t have weather proof seals on doors.

This place was very helpful! I'm not technically inclined and I had no way to get to their office. So they walked me through step-by-step over the phone how to do all the paperwork. I was able get everything done, they even helped me unlock my unit because I couldn't understand the lock itself! these people are great and the units are clean!

Easy and fast to set up an account over the phone, easy gate access, plenty of room to turn around even in a big moving truck - no issues at all!

I leased a unit from Aspen Storage for a year, the location is perfect, easy to get to and very affordable, as well as payments easy to make. The customer service was fast, friendly and always helpful. If I ever need storage again, Aspen will definitely be my first choice!!

Managers are helpful. Took me in a pinch even while they were out of town. I gave it a three because of security. I did not suave any issues but the few times I was there a fellow renter had his lock cut. Gates are left open all day. No cameras. Outside of that, got my deposit back and had no fuss.

Extremely easy to use and rent a unit 24.7 great customer service and great people highly recommend for your storage needs.
