I actually went here once in 2020. I went while the hygienist were not working because of COVID-19. So the dentist did the cleaning. I was there for over 2 hours. He did my X-rays, stared at them for about 30 minutes in front of me. Then while cleaning begins to tell me about my one cavity. Then a little later mentions I have two cavities. Then as I’m leaving the room he says I have 3 cavities. When I am at the front paying, he says to the lady “book her in for 4 cavity fillings”. That’s when I said I won’t be coming back. Went to my old dentist who is very far for me which is why I wanted to make a change and he said I have no cavities. Just got X-rays done again the other day 2022 and was told no cavities. These dentist are scammers.
Where to begin… I went in today for some dental work and a cleaning. Everyone in this office is very friendly, they go above and beyond and treat you like family. The Dentist definitely put me at ease with conversation while completing my work at appropriate times of course. I have to give a special shout out to Tracy the office manager and Jakob the dental receptionist. Both were so helpful, friendly and make this place so welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Lizzie clean my teeth. She is an absolutely fantastic person and did an amazing job on my teeth. I couldn’t be happier being a patient at Aspen Springs Dental Centre.
Had a wonderful time at this office. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable! My hygienist Lizzie was amazing and went above and beyond what was required. She showed me each procedure and made sure I was comfortable with what was being done. If I had to recommend someone it would be her because of her bubbly personality and knowledge in the dental field. Cant wait for my next visit
I don’t normally write reviews but the customer service I received from Jakob was exceptional. He takes care of appointments and insurance. Probably other things as well but this is what he helped me with. I wanted to know what I was covered for and he, without hesitation, ran the numbers and gave me the worst case scenario of what I would have to pay with my coverage. Then he told the dentist that as soon as he finds out what needs to be done, stop, go see Jakob and get an exact quote to ensure I’m ok with it. Then when booking my cleaning for next week, he did the same thing. He doesn’t have to do this and I’ve never seen this at other dentist offices. They seem to be very transparent. As for the dentists, they are extremely friendly, talk you through everything, and you really feel like you’re being taken care of. I’d give more stars if I could.
I was a bit wary when I first started my Invisalign treatment at Aspen Springs because of the previous negative reviews and unfortunately now I have to agree. I had a a 5-tray treatment of Invisalign and was not seen by the dentist once throughout my treatment to see how things were progressing Covid may be to blame?. When I went in after my last tray, I was giving a physical impression rather than the iTero 3D scanner that Invisalign is known for and why I chose it being someone who is claustrophobic. The physical impressions took 3 messy tries. When my permanent retainer that I am to wear every night came back it was not made well. The top of the retainer was very lopsided. I was only given one retainer and from all the research I've done in speaking to other dentists since, it is best practice to receive 4. The claim from Aspen was that they do not give retainers though Invisalign because they are more expensive and that each time I need a new retainer, I'll need to spend $300 for a new impression through them and use their local manufacturer. After speaking to Invis, I found out that I am able to get 4 retainers at once using my 3D scan of my final tray for just $700 again, best practice. I have asked to transfer my Invisalign files to a new dentist so I can properly be looked after over a month ago and Aspen has given me the run around. My new dentist has still yet to receive it and had to contact Invis directly to help me out. I don't understand what's going on with Aspen but my gut feeling, you can't trust them. I do not feel they cared about my progress and in face feel they have set me up to need another round of Invis in 4 years due to the enviable shifting and their recommendation for new impressions every year.
I had to change dentists since my dentist of 20 years retired. I visited the clinic three days ago to understand the procedure to engage with them as a new patient. I expected a slow process, maybe a first appointment a month away and a long time to build up a relationship. By yesterday, in **two** days of work, I had two cleaning sessions, complete x-rays taken, an in-depth meeting with Dr. Parisa, and fillings done by her. I also had meetings arranged with their periodontist and dental surgeon. I felt I had been dealing with them for 20 years! They must have been very tired of seeing me! Every member of staff with whom I interacted over the three days was incredibly easy to deal with, enthusiastic about their work and very professional in carrying it out. Paula in receptiion was the first person I met. Her cheerful and welcoming approach calmed my nerves and made everything other interaction easy. My first cleanng was by Lindsay, gentle yet excellent in removing plaque and stains. Jenny did my x-rays and was obviously expert at what she does. Dr. Parisa was wonderfully thorough and careful and by then I was sure I had an amazing dental team in my corner. Ken finished off my cleaning and showed care and expertise in his work. Wonderful dental office!!!
Great experience as always. Dr. Saddee and Jaime were very caring, compassionate and skilled. Front desk staff were amazing. Office manager Tracy, went out of her way to book me this appointment as it was an emergency tooth ache. Well done Aspen springs team! Keep up the great work
Started going to Aspen Springs dental about it a month ago. All the staff I’ve meet so far have been amazing. Because I needed serious work done I saw Dr. Sadee, he removed 2 of my wisdom teeth. He and the hygienist assisting were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable, helped keep my calm and present. Made me feel better about having teeth removed. And made me feel like I mattered and throughout the procedure I was okay. I appreciate their hard work and ability to get both teeth out without any issues. Explained in detail how to care for my month and gave me written instructions. Dr. Sadee answered all my questions making me feel confident in choosing him to do the procedure. I also loved that he suggested ice cream as cone thing I can eat afterwards!! Wish I had a photo of my teeth I could add, they were huge and so weird looking.
We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Nicole and her staff. My daughter was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Nicole was very patient with her and spend a lot of time, the staff was very helpful and kind and very professional . Dr. Nicole is very professional, she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Nicole and her staff for kids and adults.
Aspen Springs Dental Centre is a good place to go for teeth cleaning and dental work. It's new and clean on the inside, the staff are friendly, and I never have to wait very long. It is a bit on the expensive side if you don't have insurance, though. My recommendation for hygienists is to see Lizzie. She is by far the best hygienist I've ever had and I would give her 10 stars if I could. She's friendly, honest, she happily answers any and all questions you may have, and she is very gentle!
