Aspire ABA provides both Home and Clinic based ABA services for individuals with autism and other related neurodiversities..
At Aspire ABA, it’s personal. Our Co-owner/Clinic Director's child was diagnosed with autism years ago. Since then, she’s dedicated her life to making a positive difference in the lives of children and families living with autism and other neurodiversities.
Aspire ABA is committed to maximizing potential and improving the quality of life for individuals with autism and other neurodiversities by delivering the highest level of support based on cutting edge, positive treatment strategies, based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
We value providing comprehensive treatment that teaches new and adaptive skills and communication, to reduce the need for an individual to engage in challenging behaviors that get in their way of achieving their best life. We do this by creating an environment where our clients want to learn. We believe differences are valuable and should be celebrated.
-Skills and Functional Assessment
We begin with an in-depth assessment performed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Based on each individual's skill levels, needs, and goals, a unique treatment plan is developed.
Our plans are truly INDIVIDUALIZED! No two plans are the same – We design each plan to focus on specific goals that are relevant and important to each individual and their family.
-Communication and Cognitive Skills Training
We utilize a large array of evidence-based strategies to ensure individualized programming for each client. As one of those strategies, we are proud to include the Promoting the Emergence of Advanced Knowledge (PEAK) Relational Training System. PEAK is an assessment and curriculum guide for teaching basic and advanced language and cognitive skills. It begins with early learning and social skills, and progresses to higher level complex cognition, reasoning, and problem solving!
-Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT)
Let's face it, life can be stressful, sometimes making us feel stuck. ACT teaches us to interact with our thoughts and feelings differently, so we can focus on what's really important; our values & dreams. The aim of ACT is to help create a rich, meaningful life, while accepting the pain that life inevitably brings.
ACT can also help improve flexible thinking and problem solving in children and adults with autism and other disabilities so they can successfully navigate their environment. ACT is offered in both one-to-one appointments and in group formats.
