Absolutely the worst company in the world I've ever been sent out to. If they don't like u,and they can't mistreat u they will terminate u, bullied by the foreign people, Africans. Told human resources and response was they don't speak English. They absolutely understand English very well. Because I spoke to them. The job is not flexible, and u have to be silent and take mental abuse. Never again want to return there. Thankful I was let go. In a better place now
Rampant with nepotism. There is little to no accountability. There are a lot of caucasian ppl who seem to adamantly dislike the number of foreign ppl and are vocal about said opinions. There is literally no diversity in decent paying positions or the front office. The leadership is laughable. Its easy work a clean factory. I advise anyone to use this place to get to where you want you go and get there. Keep in mind the minority of ppl there aren't burnt out whether it be from drugs or the mind numbing repetitive counting or life being a little or mostly to difficult to comprehend. They are inconsistent with a lot of essential elements to the jobs, expectations, and who is in "favor". Its really luck of the draw hopefully they address the fixable issues untill then. After 20yrs and the hilarious efforting they clam in the name of the environment and employees be very very very clear the only thing of importance is the bottom line and the illusion of loyalty. Look for advancement dont expect it to happen just watch the who what when and how and the picture becomes so vivid.

ASPM used to be a good place to work.I loved my job there and everything I did .They are people that can get away with doing anything but yet some people can't stand around and do nothing.Until they start treating their employee's right no one is going to stay.There is no getting ahead.Some people are making just as much as the one's that have been there for a lot longer
If u work do your job and show up EVERYDAY! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! Absolute worst "company" I've ever been involved with!
Never work there. They treat their employees horrible and refuse to verify employment if you ever get a new job.
