Well here's our review, the guy at the guard shack when we checked in was verrry nonchalant. But anywhoo, he took all the info. Our appt was @ 730am we didn't get a door till 9 after me calling the guard shack trying to see what's going on. The second guy at the guard shack was very helpful and nice. Needless to say, we were in the door around 920am waiting on other drivers trying to back up. We were sent a text for a lumper at 944am. And after that was paid, the guard called and told us we was ready at about 10:10am. There is parking on the street, but if you pass the building and go down around the corner its a huge parking lot. Thats where we slept at with no problems, not on the street! Btw the lumper was 210.00 and we had watermelons. Hope this helps.
Once you arrive, call the number with your pick up number handy. HEADS UP: they might send you to 87 Ball Street to be unloaded instead of the main DC. When you pull up 87 Ball Street it won't say Associated Grocers or have any reviews, but that IS the right place. It's pretty easy backing, in my opinion, and the people over there are super nice. Lumper Fee for me was 390.00 tho
Do not follow your GPS here. Also, don't come into the area without calling ahead first. You have to drop your trailer in the door and then park illegally on the street with the no parking signs everywhere. Tight area all around here. Good luck
Park on street first and the walk to guard chek in . Go back to your truck until you get call with door. Drop your trailer at door go to office chek in again . Bobtail to street wait for your bill . When you finished leave your door open for gard chek .
Associated Grocers Appt scheduled for 5 am. I checked in I was called to door 43 at 6:08.. you will be advised to pay lumper upon receiving a link sent. You will be asked to cut your own seal. I was completely unloaded by 9:30 am. The staff was friendly and accommodating. From the white guy with the glasses who came out to cut my seal to the two black guys who I engaged with providing help with the bills and the link. Service provisions were goodManeuvering on the premises is cope-able. There’s off site parking on the side street.
Arrived 04:30 for a 05:00 appointment and was given a dock immediately. Had to unhook and park bobtail on the street. Didn't get bills in hand until 13:30, which is 8.5 hours for half a trailer. Extra star for being friendly folks, and letting me stay in the dock 1.5 hours to reset.
I don't like delivering to this place anymore, cause they used to have two driveways, one to pull in and check in at, and one to pull out after getting unloaded. Now they blocked off one driveway and now trucks have to go back out the same driveway making it a big cluster trying to get in and out.
I Check in 05:40 and now it’s 02:00 still waiting phone call i already paid lumper fee I see my trailer is empty. I walk in the office they told me to wait phone call they work unprofessional

I checked in at 7am got a dock door at 8am...unloaded at 8:19...3* parking not cool.
