The team of nurses & staff worked quickly to get us the equipment and help we needed. My stepdad was only with us 48 hours after they arrived. The nurse prepared us for the quick transition and we are forever grateful for the team at Asssured!
I would give zero if I could. Had a nurse come to our home from the moment I opened the door she was rude. My husband was going thru cancer treatment and all she cared about was his eating not much or drinking very little. The nurse never asked about his medication, never did any testing, just said because he was sleeping so much and loosing weight an expected side effect he was not a candidate for services. Supervisor was uninterested as well. Today, my husband was approved for services via Providence Home Health.
I had physical therapy service through Assure Home Health of Centralia. My therapist, Bob, was excellent. He led me, a 74 year old, suddenly in a wheelchair, woman, through the exercises I needed to strengthen my leg. Bob made me feel safe as I gathered courage to walk with a walker again. His praise and encouragement help me be brave and be a partner in my therapy. I am forever grateful for the service provided me by Assured Home Health.
This is the worst experience i have ever gone through with my family member, and Assured Home Health has proved to be the most disorganized unprofessional group of people out there! I would avoid ever allowing them to care for me or my loved ones. Save yourself the time, energy, and expense and find another agency!
Horrible customer service extremely unhelpful and downright rude over the phone. I can't believe anyone would want to do business with them. I will be using other services.
