Some people are leaving reviews that the front desk lady is "rude." I could see that, but I think see is just handling customers as business as usual. It's just her job and I think this place gets a lot of volume so they need to deal with customers quickly so they can answer calls and attend to others. It does not take away from the care they give, in my opinion. the doctors and nurses really know their stuff and can answer any question you have. Although, the seasonal allergy shots are not guaranteed to fix your allergies and it is difficult to tell if the shots will work. It is a well-run operation though.
Both Dr. Murphy and the staff are always very caring, friendly and professional toward me. They take the time to listen to questions and concerns, and they address them promptly. Thank you! Keep up the great work! It's nice to know that in today's hurried and harried society, some people still take the time to make every patient feel comfortable and important.
Needed an allergy test. Stated that I have sensitive skin, a skin graph test would not be accurate, and requested a blood test. Was denied a blood test and told that a skin graph test would be done instead due to doctor's recommendation. After the exam I was told "yeah, wow, it's hard to tell a difference between the control and the rest of the test. You're probably still allergic to these items though." and then was fully charged for the visit with no clear answer on my results.
After multiple hospitalizations, Dr. Murphy was recommend by a friend and unofficially by an ER doctor. He was able to get my sons asthma under control. His staff is polite, wait time is nil, and he has good bed side manner.
I was very impressed with Dr. Murphy. Humorous personality and very thorough with determine what you need in order to improve your health. I am so happy I found a great Allergist. Looking forward to having him as my doctor.
Dr. Murphy is very experienced, knowledgeable, and conscientious with his patients. He went the extra mile for me in ascertaining whether or not I had a rare allergy to a component in injectable drugs. I did not, and I was able go ahead and receive the COVID 19 vaccine much to my relief!
I’ve been seeing Dr Murphy for years for both asthma care and allergy needs. The staff is amazing!! Always fun and professional. I’ve also never had any issues getting an appointment when I need one which is nice.
Great experience and friendly staff! Organized and when I arrived for appointment there was no need to sit down as they were ready for me! Mark that on a calendar as a first for me in almost anything these days They earned the 5-satrs. Highly recommend.
Didn’t make it past the front door. Lady at the front desk was the most unprofessional and rude lady I’ve ever seen. Would not recommend!
Dr. Murphy takes the time to get a thorough history from his patients directly, and I appreciate that.
