We have lived here for almost three years now, since getting my new lease agreement they have raise my rent 700 since moving In. $2000, for a non renovated apartment that’s falling apart and doesn’t even have baseboards in the kitchen. Our AC has broke at least every 6 months since moving in and that has effected my power bill immensely. I’ve had renters insurance my entire time here and they still charge me a compliance fee after I’ve submitted my policy again and again. I feel we are being forced out at this point by them raising the rent another $300. I’ve never missed a rent payment and keep my apartment clean. Needless to say my family will have to find another place to live.The location is great and the maintenance team has always done what they can, I feel the real issue is the owners and management team.
We moved in a little over a month ago and we love it here! It’s quiet, clean and there’s plenty of parking. The office staff is kind and helpful Especially Krystina and the maintenance team is exceptional! So happy to have found somewhere great to live until we buy our home.
Hopefully this review will put some sense into them. Our tub looked like this after one week. They didn't even rip up the old gauk, just put some on top of it. Now we have sprinklers going off for the past two years at 630am. My wife and I wake up early to meet our jobs. Her being a teacher SHE DOESN'T WANT TO SMELL LIKE RECLAIM WATER! They don't seem to care considering they work a 9-5. We also have a leaky ceiling with MOLD growing in it. Told them about three weeks ago, never came to address it. The staff and parent company clearly don't care after not responding to my emails in any facit. We've had ants for almost two months. To put it even more in perspective of how disfunctional they are. Who tf power washes, paint, then power wash again? I don't recommend this overpriced apartment.
I’ve had the best living experience here at Tuskawilla. The front office team and maintenance were always wonderful. Having food trucks coming into the complex was my favorite. Such a beautiful neighborhood
I have been a resident here for 4 years and have loved it since the beginning. Joel the maintence supervisor always makes sure my stuff is fixed right and always responds quickly. Krystina the manager is always super friendly and very professional when speaking to everybody.
Krysanne Cusimano is the best! She was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and helpful I highly recommend her and their renovated apartment. We chose another apartment because it had a updated refrigerator with a water dispenser and ice maker and stove, otherwise we would have picked this quite community, we also loved the private front door entry. Kudos to Krysanne!
Hollie and her Team are doing an awesome job! I can’t wait to see what the property looks like after all renovations. Kudos to Joel also for the Love his guys put into the upkeep.
Front office was great to deal with. Krystin is always responsive to our needs. Repairman did a great job! Identified issues fixed and out quickly.
We ignored the bad reviews, wish we hadn't! My husband and I had the worst experience living here. As retirees and me not that healthy, thought apartment living could work for us until home prices went down. Our upstairs neighbors were young girls that were so disrespectful. One night the party went on until 5 in the morning! We complained several times, which in return made the situation worse. The office staff were tired of our complaints and finally told us, this is what you go through living in an apartment! We had so much anxiety living here. I didn't even mention the constant dog barking, crying and howling every time they left. We have finally found a quiet, comfortable place to live. The apartment maintenance manager Luis did a great job! Do yourself a favor and read the reviews and find another place! We could say the pools were about the best part of living here but not worth the amount of rent they charge. Please do not ask me to contact your office, we did and unfortunately they don't care!
Alex was extremely polite and helpful with maintenance. Fixed the caulking issue quickly and was extremely friendly.
