Astoria Organix Pharmacy

I loved my experience at Astoria Organix Pharmacy. It's a very different experience compared to a Walgreens or CVS. You can tell, they truly care. Service is super quick, they are attentive, and run the pharmacy the right way. Mike, the pharmacist, makes you feel like you're family, and is truly passionate about medicine. He was able to transfer my prescriptions, offered free delivery, and works with you to tailor the pharmacy experience that works best for you. I didn't know independent pharmacies provided this type of service, can't believe I've been going to big retailers all my life. I'll be a lifelong customer. Can't recommend this pharmacy highly enough!

Everyone working there are professional and timely. They always go the extra mile to ensure that my mom medications are provided and will call the provider to discuss any medication concerns or refills. I love that they also deliver and place the pills in pill packs with the labeling of how to take each medication. I love this pharmacy

Finally found a great pharmacy in Queens. You can’t get any better than Organix pharmacy. Great products, excellent customer service. The kindness, Patience and dedication is one that all pharmacies should show. It is always a pleasure to go there and have their professional an courteous behavior as a wonderful experience. Their delivery service is so fast and efficient. Overall it was a pleasant experience. They will not disappoint!

My experience at the new pharmacy was pleasant and helpful. The pharmacists, Mike and Casey, are professional and friendly. In most pharmacies you provide and signature and leave, but here you are not rushed out or waiting long. Their bedside manner in addition to the huge variety of products is what makes me want to return. Even if they don't have the product you need, they offer to order it for you. I needed medical supplies for my job and they ordered masks and gloves for me and I got it the next day. Definitely recommend this pharmacy !

The pharmacist Mike is so knowledgeable and caring. He took his time to explain all of the side effects of my prescription in detail. The pharmacy is clean and always has everything in stock which I love. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a great pharmacy in the neighborhood!

This pharmacy has the best customer service, love the way they are informative about how to take your meds. Very caring people, and honest. They are super fast. I’m so happy that I don’t even have to go to the pharmacy for a pick up. THEY EVEN DELIVER TO YOUR HOME!!! what more can you have?

Great Pharmacy, Great service, and a pleasure to have done my business here!! I went to a local CVS and got my medication sent there and I hated every experience. My medication took longer to get prepared even though It was only a simple item and then told me one wouldn't be covered. But I went into this new pharmacy hoping to get better news and it was. My medication was prepared in minutes and the one that wasn't covered was properly taken care of. The Pharmacist Michael helped me through the process and was polite, kind, and profession. I would recommend it over any chain due to the incredible service and professionalism that was provided here!

Very nice pharmacy and friendly staff. I live a couple blocks away and decided to stop by since they were a new pharmacy. I was impressed with the amount of inventory they had, seemed small when first walking in because I'm use to going to these big chains since Astoria is full of them but this pharmacy has everything the chains have plus great customer service which the chains do not have. After coming here a couple times I decided to transfer my prescriptions over and I'm glad I made this decision, I never have to wait for my medication, takes one minute for the pharmacist to prepare it unlike rite aid, Duane reade and cvs which takes a minimum of 30 minutes. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone especially since they offer free delivery services.
