No signs visibly posted that they pre authorize $175 on your card. Even if they did have a huge sign telling you $175 pre auth, that still is ridiculous… give this place zero stars if i could…
Cheapest smokes in downtown and super friendly staff especially miss Roxanne
Great store. The workers were very helpful.
The price of gas is average all the way across the board but when it comes to this place service makes it great
Small convenience store / gas station. Decent cigarette prices although most everything else is a bit spendy in the little store and the air machine rarely works.
My favorite gas station to go to when I need a quick fill with friendly staff and a convenient location.
Great prices! Exceptional customer service! People here are very nice and helpful. Best cigarette prices in this part of townin fact, competitive with most establishments in the city. They have diesel which is hard to find. One of only a handful of gas stations in NW Portland and certainly the best. :
Five stars for the friendly attendant. She can't do anything about the awful price of cigarettes, but she was cool and complimented my pug and gave him a treat for the road.
This place has consistently poor service, and surprisingly inconsistent hours. One time when I pulled up to the pump and rolled my window down the attendant told me to, “Hurry up,” which was pretty crazy considering I was the only customer at the gas station. Earlier today I sat at the pump for about 90 seconds or so - again, I was the only customer at the pumps - before the attendant came out and told me they had closed early. He wasn’t particularly rude about, but it’s just another annoying experience here, and I guess my last one since Radio cab gas offers better prices and service right up the street.
Gas prices are always the lowest compared to any other place around, this is why I always come here. My only gripe is against the employees. They are always rude and don't have any customer service skills. I never feel "welcomed" by them at all. I'm not expecting a red carpet treatment but a simple "hello" and a smile might be nice. After my treatment tonight, I've decided to avoid this gas station all together. A pudgy African American was working the pump. I arrived at the station at 9:05 PM and saw him sitting inside the kiosk. After waiting some time about 5 minutes I walked outside and asked "are you still open?" While being only 5 feet away he rudely yelled "NO!" It would have been nice if he would have walked up and told us this as we pulled up five minutes ago! I then asked him what time they closed. He replied with what I heard to be "five". To clarify, I replied "five?" and he rudely without looking at me yelled "NINE". Appalled by his demeanor, I bit my tongue and walked back in the car. This person should be fired!!! I have been visiting this gas station on a weekly basis exactly two years since I first moved to Oregon in September 2014. This means 104 times altogether. I have paid about $50 a week for my 26 gallon tank which means I've contributed about $5,200 altogether since that time. I will never pump here again. I will pump gas at the Radio Cab gas station about five blocks away. It's about 3 cents more per gallon but way worth it for the friendly smile and service you receive upon arrival. I will go there instead and encourage everyone else to do so. I only give this gas station two stars because of the low price, but other then this, it should be avoided altogether.
