At Home Audio Video

I've been an @Home customer for about 15 years. I'm still using the core of my home theatre system they installed when we first worked together. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful and they've been great to help me with tweaks to my system as technology has changed over time. The guys I've worked with - Brooks, Tom and Mark - have always delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for audio/video solutions for their home.

When I thought the impossible this team came through above and beyond. I recently acquired an older used Integra home theater receiver which did not have a power cord, manual, or remote. Tom listened to my situation and grabbed a power cord from a bucket of supplies and surprisingly had the remote I needed for a unit which is several years old. He directed me to an online resource for the manual. This company has it all and is ready to serve their customers. For a company that is prepared to service high end, luxury needs they also took the time to listen to a walk-in customer and had everything I needed. This is why we shop local. This is why we need stores like this. They know their products and have served this industry for a long time.

After visiting the retail location and speaking with Tom, I committed to a purchase of equipment and installation labor to wall mount my existing Sony TV and provide a high quality Sonos audio system. Tom was patient and understanding my situation, and clear about explaining the options. Sean, who did the mounting and installation was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and careful, leaving no mess when all was finished. He set the system up perfectly and, he was clear and patient about explaining its basic operation. Tom also followed up to make sure I was happy with both the equipment and the installation. I am very happy I went to @home AVT instead of making this a do-it-yourself project. I am completely satisfied with the installation work and Sonos equipment. I have no reservations about recommending these guys or using them again when the need arises.

OUTSTANDING customer service at every touch point. I had them install Serena Shades in our master bedroom and bath earlier this year and loved them so much I chose to add them in three other rooms in the house. @home was stellar in EVERY way in both instances. Installers were personable and answered every question. You don't always find a company with a superior product and superior personnel. Highly recommended.

Absolutely a Great place to do business with. Great staff that is easy to work with. Tom, my representative, offered many great ideas. Some of those ideas actually saved me money and got me a better product.

Absolutely wonderful service! I had a problem getting my VCR and DVD players to work with my new TV, and I was about to give up in despair, but the VERY nice man there took the time to explain to me how to do it and now they are working. I am so grateful for his help. Not every business is like this one! Highly recommended!

I'm all about paying a premium for good work but $800.00 for 2 and half hours labor for 2 guys is $552.00 higher then 3 other estimates. You live and learn the things to ask after the fact.

We have used Audio Video for 20+ years. They recently installed a new tv and surveillance system for us. As usual, they did an outstanding job and had excellent follow up. If you need A/V work, this is the group to use!
