At Home TLC, Inc. is a private pay home health care company, however we also accept long term care insurance and VA assistance. Please call us for more information on our rates!

Homecare Assistance Services can range from 2-24 hours per day and include the following services: Personal, Transitional & Hospice Care, Companionship, Homemaking and Respite.

Transitional & Personal Care:

-Assistance with clothing selection and dressing

-Assist with ambulation and exercise

Companionship & Homemaking Services:
-Conversation

Registered Nurse/Wound Care
-Nursing assessments
-Quarterly assessments
-Home visits & case management
-Medication monitoring
-Blood draws
