Super responsive and supportive staff! My Labor and Delivery team was amazing and kept me informed of all steps of my c-section. Once in recovery and in the L&D room, the staff was top notch! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
The staff was very friendly. I went in for high blood sugar which was treated but for reasons unknown to me Brittany Hackett came in at discharge an informed me i tested positive for methamphetamines and when i told her i didnt know why she informed me to "Try something different" .. I take metformin to help manage my diabetes you would think with her having a medical degree that she would know metformin will give a false positive. Now ive got drug abuse in my records athat shouldnt be there..
This has been my third experience with L&D at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital. Every single experience has been incredible! The L&D staff has always gone above & beyond to make sure me and the babies I brought into the world were supported and well taken care of. I recommend L&D at MHMH to absolutely everyone because they are the absolute best. Thank y’all so much for being there for me and my family during this exciting season of life! The L&D staff will ALWAYS hold a special place in my heart.
Very friendly nurses and doctors tell you what is happening and what to expect. Very comfortable atmosphere. I am very happy I went to Memorial Health Meadows Hospital for my health needs. I have never been dissatisfied there. I highly recommend using their services.
The ICU crew at Memorial Health Meadows Hospital is the best around!! I’m not one for being waited on, regardless of the circumstances, but this group of nurses and doctors made me feel very comfortable and at ease - never once did I feel as if I was a hindrance or a nuisance. They were very attentive not only to me, but they went out of the way to make sure my husband was comfortable. Vickie, Kirby, Parker, and Jessica in ICU will always have a special place in my heart and memory for the amazing care they gave to me during my stay!
I had no negative experiences during my appointment. I arrived on time and was in the waiting area about five minutes before someone came to escort me to another area for about another five minutes before being called in for my scan. I was in the hospital for only about 15 minutes. I have made visits to the hospital for various reason over the years and the efficiency displayed by all employees seems to be the norm. My congratulations to the reception and technician crews.
Nurses were very nice and friendly. Lab people very nice but flipped all the lights in the room on at 3:00 in the morning. The doctors were very good about talking to you and explaining. Overall it was good.
Went in for a heart cath not knowing what to expect, I was very nervous. The entire staff was very kind, professional and courteous, they explained everything right down to the last detail, and also would ask if I had any questions or concerns that they could answer. I went into the procedure calmer, because I then felt like I was in good hands. The nurses were awesome and Doctor Giles is the best. The hospital is clean and inviting, the waiting areas for family are comfortable, coming into the hospital, the grounds are also very beautiful. Vidalia should be proud to have such a great and awesome hospital and staff. Thank You all for such a wonderful visit! Tammy Overstreet
We visited this hospital ER after my dad experienced a fall resulting in a head wound. He is elderly with significant health issues. The ER staff immediately saw to his needs, accessed his wounds and sent for scans and labs. He was treated with the upmost care, patience and respect, which is important to a man who already had wounded pride at taking a fall. I was very impressed and thankful for the staff.
Update: I was called today for a cancellation so they were able to fit me in. The Dr was very nice and professional. He refilled my prescriptions since I had run out due to the lapse from before. The office staff was very pleasant today. Prior review: I had an appointment at the Adult Primary Care office on Meadows Lane this morning for a refill on my pain medication as a new patient to this office. We just moved to Lyons from Augusta in early April. 830a was when I had to be there. As soon as I walk in and gave them my name they said they tried to call me to cancel bc a nurse called out. The number I gave them when I made the appointment is NOT the number they tried to call. They apparently pulled my records from when I lived in PENNSYLVANIA 6 yrs AGO... My husband also had an appointment today which they said he cancelled. He didn't bc he also needed his appointment. I have never experienced this level of disrespect. I left the office very angry.
