I love Peak!  Started going there for a back problem 5 years ago.  The team is great! Professional and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable while helping you with your problem.  I liked my experience so much that I joined their gym program after finishing my physical therapy.  The training program is tailored to your needs and abilities, and the trainers are great!  I don't know what I would do without my training sessions with Pam. I can't say enough about how happy I am to be part of the Peak Performance family.

I have been working with Matt approximately six months.  When I started, I told him that I wanted a program that would aid my balance, strengthen my core, and make me look good for my daughter's wedding.  During our time together, he has done it all .  I find Matt to be both knowledgeable and personable.  He works me hard yet makes our time together seem like fun.  I wholeheartedly recommend him and Peak Performance Fitness.

The team at PEAK PERFORMANCE has been life-changing for both my husband and myself. We have been members and at times patients since 2012 and have had great benefits as a result. My husband John started at Peak due to a torn rotator cuff and with the help of the therapists and in particular JOE, he has regained full range of motion and strength, and is back to hunting, and fishing and all of his favorite activities. I joined the gym to improve strength and lose weight, and have done two mini triathlons since joining the gym. Our personal trainer is PAM - along with her associate TERI, they both provide hard workouts, great moral support, and wonderful recipes to keep us fit and healthy! We highly recommend the entire PEAK PERFORMANCE team, led by CHRIS, and look forward to many years of continued support and training from them!         Mico and John Faella, New Hyde  Park, NY

I have been using this facility and training with Pam for the past 5 years. I couldn't be happier with Peak. I feel great and it keeps me young. Pam is professional and a hard worker. She always gives me new things to do and keeps me active during our sessions. I highly recommend coming here for physical therapy, rehabilitation or working out. All around greatness! -Billy Giel
