I’m going from a small storage to a BIGGER one. Mainly I stayed at Purely Storage because of the manager she makes this storage facility special. #1 she’s almost always onsite which makes me very comfortable with the level of security over my unit. And she willing to do what she can to accommodate my request and is professional and compassionate when making her “reminder to pay “ calls, she never rude when I’m late. Purely will keep your stuff safe!

I’ve been storing here since 2004 and I recently moved out America is honestly a gem . She doesn’t treat people like customers she treats me like family. Good people are really hard to find purely storage needs more employees like her. Thank you for your help and patience America.

When I first opened up my unit front office was super helpful and friendly. This was a couple years back. I’m not sure what happened now upon closing up my account but front desk lady was not very friendly. Other than that I really liked that they kept the storage clean at all times.

This is my third time coming back here! and I would still choose this location of Purely storage, always. Amerika is very nice and professional. She explains everything and answers all my questions. I’ve always gotten a clean storage unit here. Definitely recommend this place.

That girl Amerika is great wwe just love her so much and the place is nice and clean and we felt so comfortable there don't get  rid of this girl  she isa keeper!!!

Above and beyond! Amerika helped me out so much since I live so far away I couldn't take care of my mom's storage unit but she always communicated and responded quickly and she resolved my problem without having me go there which was super convenient and helpful of her.  She saved my mom's storage unit from being auctioned and I appreciate that so much and I'm super thankful for that.
