Atascadero Home School (West Mall K-6) is a free home school program for students in grades K-6 who live in San Luis Obispo County.
Atascadero Home School and Atascadero Options Academy are WASC accredited through West Mall Alternative School in Atascadero Unified School District. We are a free public home school choice and we specialize in tailoring educational experiences that are as unique as the children we serve. We offer parents diverse choices of curriculum and engage students and families through field trips, celebrations, weekly workshops in art, writing, STEM science lessons, and coding. Tutoring, study lab time for independent work, and a mix of online and textbook based learning are also available.
