Our gym is very organized and uniformed, and we offer the same equipment as the large Memphis locations.We have 6 different kinds of cardio equipment, machine weights, free weights, level 4 tanning beds, and HydroMassage chairs. One can benefit from using the HydroMassage chairs post-workout or even just after a long day’s work.We have enough cardio equipment and multiple machine weights that target the same muscle groups to avoid a wait time. We also have free weights with dumbbells that go up to 100 pounds."
