Took my child here to the walk-in clinic portion and the clinician came out while I was giving insurance information and said is this a child? I said yes. She said I would prefer you go back to your established pediatrician since they’ve been treating her. I said I’m here because they’ve treated her for over a month and she’s still not better, I’d like a second opinion. She said I would still prefer you go back there. I said I would really like someone else to take a look. A fresh set of eyes where they aren’t mass treating for sinus infections. I said so you won’t see her today? She said you are established somewhere else. It’s A WALK IN CLINIC….what’s the point if you are established somewhere else. What if I couldn’t get an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s seems more like I don’t want to deal with treating a child. Will NEVER go there again.

Zero accountability, care or passion within this clinic from the front staff, to the doctors and labs department. Over 5 days for a doctor to review and release labs. The humans within this clinic are so numb to their jobs, it is scary.

I have been going here for the past 3 months I have to say my health has been neglected this entire time. I been suffering laid up in bed for mostly 3 months having tension headaches really bad the only thing they have done was get me a MRI done which came back fine I haven't been seen in like 2 weeks since my MRI. I even went in personally requested the office manager to get in touch with me because I have a complaint about this office no response of course I was supposed to have a call back 3 days ago no phone call. I am sick and tired of suffering while they are doing nothing for me. I will be finding another doctor as of Monday! They don't even wear masks most of the time during a pandemic its such a joke in there!

I’ve been a patient for over 6 years and I love Dr Hall, whenever you can get through the horrible front office staff. This office is the worst managed office ever it’s as if they forget they are dealing with human life and just some off brand cheap toy! Today their computers were down I was to be seen for possible worsening of a concussion but that didn’t matter my ID and insurance cards were in my husbands truck where he picked me up from the hospital after being found in our driveway unresponsive so rather than pulling my file to get a copy of my ID to prove I was me they let me walk out refused to see me with a head injury!! It’s the money to them only the front desk please choose anywhere but here Dr Katherine Hall needs to open her own place she’s an amazing doctor and is going to loose her reputation with this group

I worked in the lab 2x there. You have no Help. They order drug screens, blood work and urine tests non stop. You look up the orders that are never there draw the blood, handle the insurance, spin the blood and send it off all while having to stick people in between. I never got to to leave on time. I was always having to work over at least an hour. You can't keep a babysitter that way.

My high school son was sent for drug screen for TVA intern and told it was covered and approved. We have continued to get a bill and have contacted them several times and told it wasn’t paid and we owed them. I had to go there personally and finally got the contact name and number of the person who approved it. After less than 1 min of my time TVA said they didn’t have the bill and to just email it to her and they would take care of it. Poor customer service, laziness and harassment by Athens Family clinic. Two years and all they had to do was pick up phone and call their contact person.

Office staff won't do their job, resulting in patients not getting appointments, forcing them to go without treatment, and losing the practice business by forcing patients to seek treatment elsewhere. Office staff exhibited very unprofessional behavior & no concern for patients whatsoever.

We couldn't get an appointment right away because every time we tried to call there was no answer. We left messages but no return call. My husband had to walk in to make us appointments. But, aside from that after getting there our whole experience was great. I saw Dr. Hall and she is absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be coming back here just because of her.

I moved here from California my first time since being here going to any doctor. I did not feel as though I was being helped nor listened to they decided to just tell me something that I know was not wrong. And gave me meds I could have gotten over the counter. Highly dissatisfied.

The best doctor office I have been to for years. Dr.Debbie and her nurse Mandy Sparks always manage to listen to if anything is wrong. I never had a problem with them or the staff!
