Athens Fit Club is a women only fitness club that is geared towards women of all shapes, sizes, and abilities who are ready to commit to a fun and healthy life style. AFC offers fast paced and energetic circuit workouts that burn lots of calories fast in a upscale, judgement-free environment.
AFC serves a niche in a primarily large gym market that focuses on small groups and building a fun, client oriented, and comfortable fitness environment for all of our ladies. We strive to help every woman commit to a fitness plan and goal that fits their lifestyle and abilities.
AFC will consist of 45 minute circuit classes focusing on kickboxing, rowing, kettlebell, aerobic, and body weight exercises. The circuits will typically consist of a warm-up, a high intensity three round circuit with six to eight exercises per round, a burnout bonus, and cool down exercises. These relatively short classes are guaranteed to get your heart rate up and leave you sweating off the calories!
Come check out our posh and comfortable small gym environment which consists of an open and spacious main room designed for high-intensity circuit workouts, a chic locker room with two showers, plenty of vanity space, and high-end amenities.
