We see gymnastics as THE fundamental sport. Whether the athlete's goal is to pursue high level competitive gymnastics, enhance a similar sport (cheerleading, dance, etc) or just increase strength, balance, awareness, flexibility and discipline for another sport, gymnastics has far reaching benefits for all.
At AGA, we have girls and boys gymnastics programs for Preschool/school age kids, tumbling classes, and even classes for adults.
We have a strong sense of community, and the root of this venture is to bring the benefit gymnastics to Athens, TX.
