Today I was shopping and we power walked from Sheels to Athleta ,… anyways a girl named Ingrid was so sweet and we were on a tmr crunch! By the time I was done picking out my pink shirt she was already for my mom and I to check out! Thanks Ingrid for all your help today!!
I had to pay for the same item twice. Gross incompetence! All info re proof of payment was submitted, they showed I had a zero balance, then two months later charged me again and wanted to start the entire process over with me providing proof of payment. I paid the bill twice just so I didn’t have to deal with them again. I was scammed!
I have never been greeted any time I ever walk into the store. But ironically enough the skinny girls that walk in the store RIGHT AFTER ME get a hello, how are you, whatcha looking for every single time. I can even walk around the store for 20 minutes and the only time they talk to me is when they see I have items in my hand, because they want to make a sale. It’s sad to see that they are willingly charging $110 for a pair of 3x leggings but can’t even bother to say hello. Do better Athleta at Fox River Mall.
I had an exchange and Jen the store manager was so nice and helped me get another pair of leggings which are amazing, by the way- these were my first pair and I will be investing in several more. She continued to tell me more about their clothing line and the app and all sorts of other perks. I will be back, and Jen is amazing at what she does!
Store manager should not be in customer service. She is absolutely rude! My mother came in one day using a rewards coupon. I dropped $400. The next day my mom received her birthday rewards coupon so we went back to use it. The store manager wouldn’t let her, saying she already used it. My MOM was apologetic and the MANAGER acted put out and like we were trying to pull one over on her. I got home and realized the security tag had been left on a pair of pants so I had to go back to get it taken off. Manager did give me a coupon for inconvenience...almost forgave her until I decided to return that item and asked for the coupon to use later. Acted very put out AGAIN and almost didn’t give it to me. Just put on a DIFFERENT pair of pants I bought and I noticed that the sharp tack part of the security tag was still there and sticking out. Would add a pic if possible. These are huge, sharp racks!! Manager needs customer service training and apparently training on how to remove sensors properly!!!
ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR ATHLETA! The store manager is wonderful I am not sure it is the same as 2 yrs ago in other reviews but they have ALL. OF. THE. SIZES! I never feel like I am out of place as a bigger athletic female and my daughter and I can both feel confident getting what we need when she is a medium and I am a 1x. Thank you Athleta!
