Went in to look for running shoes, wound up with a new pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 and an education. Nicole is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge. We started with a workup on my feet and proper sizing. It's a total different experience than going into an outlet, or buying shoes online. First rate products, and great service, why go anywhere else!
I have super hard to fit feet,narrow and flat footed with plantar fasciitis. Oh, and did I mention a bunion on my left foot? Not only does Vernon Powell have a huge collection of sandals and shoes that are pretty fashionable that offer the accommodations my crazy feet need, but the sales help are very knowledgeable and make shoe shopping an informed and pleasurable experience. I believe their prices are in line with the high end brands they sell.
I’ve worked for Vernon Powell shoes for 4 years now . It is honestly the best place I’ve ever worked at. The management is great and the owners are honestly the absolute greatest . Love that it’s family oriented. If you’re looking for good quality product then Vernon Powell is definitely the place to go . If you’re looking for a good work atmosphere. Then I would definitely say Vernon Powell shoes is the best fit for you .
Incredibly rude staff! I went in to purchase a new pair of Hoka running shoes. I come in, takes 20 minutes for someone to assist me. This sale man comes up to me and was completely uninterested and condescending towards helping me find a pair of shoes. Brings out a pair that have a thicker sole, says” looks like you could use a few inches”. Seriously? Not professional at all. Whoever that salesperson needs a lesson on how to treat not only customers but talk politely towards people.
I bought some new shoes there the other day and so far they're fitting way feet very well and good service and assistance. I'm going to take a photo of my shoes I hope that you can enjoy I also recommend the SAS if you have some hard to fit Orthopedic Orthopedics for the doctor okay thank you
I came to the store today in search of shoes. There were two sales people to the left as you come in to the store. I waited about 15 seconds and since I was not greeted, I asked if one of them would like to help me. I explained what I was looking for and they referred me to New Balance next door. And so I asked if they had walking shoes, I was referred to the back of the store. No assistance needed. I’m sure New Balance appreciated the sale.
I love this shoe store! I needed a comfortable shoe for long hours on my feet at work. They offer a wide selection of styles, shoe types, brands and needs for comfy feet for all ages! I felt comfortable to browse on my own time without assistance and when I wanted to speak with a sales person they were readily available for me to guide me in what I feel was a much better direction than me just browsing along.
Quality shoes and quality sneakers. A little pricey but worth it. Staff was very helpful with choosing shoes for plantar fasciitis.
Went shopping for a very specific style of shoearch support, light, good to stand in for 12hrs, and cushion on the top of foot. Found outstanding assistance from Alexys. Not only was she knowledgeable and listened, but was an absolute joy just to be around. Her honesty about shoes showed she wanted to sell the best shoe not push a particular brand. Enjoyed our experience and will be back soon.
Just bought two new pairs of shoes for my lovely wife. Roseann assisted us and made the entire experience very pleasurable. It's nice to see someone so engaged and enjoying their job. Lots of arch support styles and companies to choose from. We will definitely be back!
