Atkinson Motorsports Park

About

Gobhill is what we are refered to as. We have 216 acres of off road riding for ATV's and motorcycles. For more info see General Description.

Description

Campground is now open. Did you know we allow golfcarts? So if you are not into the
fast paced ATV or dirtbike riding, you can take your time putting around and taking in
the scenery.

"Check Facebook to see if we are open.Gob ridingThe park is doing things differently since Covid19. Sunrise to sunset is when you can ride. There will be no parking in the campground area, unless you are camping, you will park in the normal parking area on top through the red gate. The office will not be open but the bathroom facilities will be open. Be courteous and respectful clean up after yourself. We are not selling DNR stickers at this time but you can still ride. Once the office reopens then we will sell the stickers. There are school desks with waivers and pens for your convenience. Everyone fills out a waiver and pays: $20 for an adult $10 for children under 10. We do close for excessive rain so check before coming."

We took our sxs on a Monday. No one was there. It's a fun little park close to home. The articulating was fun. The wood trails are nice and scenic and tight! Not super maintained. Overall cool little place. The office isn't opened but they have you sign a waiver and put your $20 each person in the slot. They require helmets. If you are a camper they have a little campground too. Bathrooms available but the water is rank. Easy and fun park for a sxs. It would be cool if they allowed jeeps!
This place is awesome, every kind of riding experience you could ask for. I can't wait for warmer weather we will definitely be back to camp what more could you ask for Camping and riding. We're in !!!
Lots of space and during the week it's peaceful. However the water smells horrible strong like sulfate and the sewage is full.
Fun and spacious. Not always packed, but great place to ride. Bring your grill and the family and enjoy a day on nature rollin!!
Beautiful park with lots of space to ride bikes/ATVs. Several camper spots with full hook ups. Shower house. Laid back place, owners are nice. Apparently the prices change but we paid 15/night
Track was awesome. Kids small track needed groomed but still nice. Trails were fun, some needed trimmed up, some were rutted up pretty good, but still had a blast! Well worth the $20 admission. Open 7 days a week definitely a plus
Great wide open park for young kids to learn and enough challenges for adult trail riders. There is a track but it is not well kept and not the true purpose of this park. We stayed overnight at the campsite and they have over 20 sites mix of 50amp full hookups and 30 amp with water and electric. Showers were fine but the water needs to be shocked as it's smells of sulfur. Family had a great time...just bring your own water if camping
Good place to ride for beginners to moderate experienced riders. It's an old coal mining area, some tight woods trails, lots of ponds and places to get muddy and a couple nice tracks. Not much for SxSs other than mudding and perimeter trails. A couple nice challenging hills, but only 50y or so long. As I said, a nice place to ride for newer riders or people that want to go mudding.
Great place to ride dirt bikes and ATV's
I dont know who has written the recent reviews, but my grandson and i went out based on the reviews we read, we were a little disappointed the track and trails were not maintained at all you could see where creek crossing and other places had wooden structures at one time that have not been maintained making trails inaccessible , this could be a very nice place to ride if some of the money collected was put back into the property,, the cost is way to high for what you get
