I specialize in providing individual and family therapy for adolescents and adults with eating disorders, addiction, self harm, anxiety, and depression. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and enjoy its focus on mindfulness and connecting the dots between feelings, thoughts and actions.
I am passionate about helping girls and women find their inner wisdom and strength, overcome self-hatred, shame and guilt, and learn how to speak up and get what they need.
