I specialize in providing individual and family therapy for adolescents and adults with eating disorders, addiction, self harm, anxiety, and depression. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and enjoy its focus on mindfulness and connecting the dots between feelings, thoughts and actions.
