Visited for the first time today. Really nice facility, and my hygienist was so professional...a huge difference from my past dentist offices. Got lots of great tips and overall really impressed.
Finally I found a dentist and its staff I could be confident with their work and professionalism without questioning it. I like their transparency as well as they are worthy of my trust. I did not experience any pain and felt very comfortable during my root canal. Highly recommend!
I think that having one doctor may not be the best option for this particular dentistry. I found that the doctor seeing me was not entirely interested in helping me or making me feel comfortable at all. I found Dr. Freeman quite detached and not very friendly in the slightest. He didn’t do much of anything so I can’t say wether he is a good doctor or not. The dental assistants did MOST if not ALL of the work as far as my appointment went. So not the best experience this time around but again the dental assistants were amazing.
They deserve their stellar reputation. It just doesn't get any better. Nobody ever wants to go to the dentist, but they somehow make the experience as pleasurable as possible. Location and parking were very convenient as well.
Love the hygienists here especially Vanya, who is so kind and gentle with her flossing/cleaning. Dr. Wendy is an honest and compassionate dentist you can trust! I would recommend her to anyone!
I, like most people, do generally not enjoy the dentist. That being said Atlanta Dentistry By Design changed my perception. The tech was great. She explained everything in detail and didnt try to upsell me on anything which is refreshing in today's healthcare landscape. 10/10 would recommend.
My hygienist, Jamie, was great - she was gentle and had a really calm energy that made the whole experience pleasant. Dr. Freeman was thorough and funny. I definitely recommend them!
The dental assistant I had was very encouraging when she saw I was nervous. She focused on every detail when cleaning my teeth. They also really worked with me to help me find a follow-up appointment time since none of their initial options worked for me.
The check-in was smooth, the appointment began on time, the hygienist was gentle and efficient. The environment was cozy and the atmosphere was pleasant.
I had a true debacle yesterday. I called the office and you all were able to accommodate me. Thank you for being able to see me on such short notice. After really going through an ordeal with Dentists over the past ~10 years, I believe I have finally found an office that I can trust again. Thank you.
