Atlanta fitness Diva is an absolutely wonderful personal training facility. I work with the owner of the company and she is absolutely marvelous. We have become friends and so enjoy our sessions together. I receive many compliments of my transformation, and I owe it all to my trainer Pam. Not only is it great for overall health and self-confidence, but it is such an enjoyable and relaxing time to get to devote time for yourself for self improvement. Pam is a wonderful motivator and gets the job done. I do not have one bad thing to say all good definitely recommend.
The trainers are phenomenal and patient. I was not fit when I started the program and was the oldest person at the group training sessions although I had worked out when I was younger. The trainers gave me more attention at first. Soon I knew the names of the exercises and the correct form and started to see and feel positive changes in my body. My appearance, self confidence and energy level all improved. It was a great experience. The gym is all women, has an unbelievable amount of equipment, and is clean and attractive a lot of pink. All of the women were welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The cost of group sessions is reasonable compared to what private work out training sessions cost and the groups are small so you get individualized attention. I highly recommend becoming a Fitness Diva whether you are new at resistance training or already in excellent condition! the
My 1st experience with group fitness was here with a fun diverse group of ladies, also committed to getting in shape. I was really challenged and easily exceeded all of my personal fitness goals. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming environment. I was able to take the knowledge I gained and build healthy habits on my own. I highly recommend Pam and her team. Any one of them are excellent!
I have been going to Atlanta Fitness Diva for 25 years!!!!!!! Pam and all the staff are amazing and make working out fun, meaningful, and just great. I can't seem to work out on my own, I even belong to a gym in my neighborhood. I need the guidance of Pam and her crew to be motivated and guided through a workout. Thanks for being there for me for a quarter century, Pam!!!!
I took small group classes at Atlanta Fitness Diva when I lived in the area and really enjoyed it. Very supportive and positive while pushing me to grow and meet my goals. I am not at all a natural athlete or someone who really excels with fitness, but I felt right at home here and realized I was much stronger than I thought. I moved out of state and have not found another gym like it, though I wish I could. I learned all kinds of techniques and internal drive to succeed that I still use to this day.
I loved my time with Atlanta Fitness Diva working out with Pam and her team. I saw results. I always wanted a personal trainer and for me the small groups was the closest thing to it. I wish I could find a Personal Training Fitness Center like Atlanta Fitness Diva here in Dallas, TX.
When I moved to Atlanta I wanted an all-women's gym and am so happy I found Atlanta Fitness Diva. I never thought weight training and strength conditioning were for me! I have always been active and worked out, but nothing has had the kind of impact and change on my body, mind and spirit as Fitness Diva. Since I began training, I have lost 14 pounds and kept it off. I accomplished this with two classes per week and hardly any changes to my diet. I feel strong, fit, and so confident in my body. Pam and her team are exceptional and the classes are hard work, but also fun. You will find a supportive environment that motivates and pushes you to be your best.
I joined Atlanta Fitness Diva in May 2013 and since that time I have noticed dramatic changes in the shape and composition of my body. I have worked with several personal trainers throughout the years and this is the first time I have joined a fitness gym where the focus is not only on the physical aspect, but the nutritional side as well. Pamela designed a personal nutrition plan for me to follow and it definitely works! If you are committed and focused on changing the shape of your body, the ladies at Atlanta Fitness Diva will be with you the entire step of the way! Both Pamela and Lucy are awesome! They really care about helping you reach your goals. I am grateful to have such great people who care and are willing to really push me hard to help me reach my personal fitness goals. I joined Atlanta Fitness Diva about two years ago and I'm happy that I chose Pam and her team of female trainers to help me with my fitness journey. Over the past two years, I have participated in both the private training sessions and the small group sessions. No matter which option you choose, you will receive individualized attention and tips regarding nutrition, weight loss, and how to strengthen and sculpt your body. I love that this gym caters to women of all ages and fitness levels, and everyone is allowed to go at their own pace. In addition to the training sessions, they offer specialized nutrition plans, have weight-loss challenges, and host nutrition seminars. I highly recommend Atlanta Fitness Diva for any female who is looking to sculpt their figure and improve their fitness level.
I've been taking small group training at Atlanta Fitness Diva for a little over 2 months now and I'm impressed by the results I'm already seeing! What I love about this studio is that the trainers get to know each woman's individual goals and work toward those. I'm blessed in that I'm not trying to lose weight or inches, instead, I want to become a stronger runner and build muscle. Melissa has been great in focusing on areas that compliment my running like my core and areas that don't get stimulated by running but are still important, like my upper body. I've already seen improvements in my running and I'm looking forward to continue to train! The studio itself is great, I love the motivational quotes the owner, Pam, has throughout the studio and I feel very comfortable here being pushed out of my comfort zone since it's all women. I take the 6am class, so having a nice place to shower and get ready is a REALLY nice amenity! Two thumbs up and five stars for Pam and the studio she's created!
