Please do not use Atlanta Memorial Depot for headstone and tombstone needs for your loved ones. They do not follow the stipulations of contracts, they represent their goods and services and they are very poor communicators. Purchasing a headstone for a loved one is an affair of the heart and very emotional decision. The headstone I designed for my mother was supposed to be installed with urns/vases to the left and right of the headstone. Mr Herbert Moore was supposed to have this approved with Westview Cemetery before my order was sent to the factory for fabrication. He was informed by Westview beforehand that urns/vases were no longer allowed in the cemetery, but he did not inform me of this change and sent the headstone into production anyway. This was a breach of contract. When I brought this to his attention, he did apologize for the misstep. When I asked for a refund, he just said that the urn/vases were not included on the contract, and they were providing them free of charge which is a lie. The urns/vases are pictured on my approval draft. This man claims to be a preacher/pastor. He's not honest. I will see him in small claims court!
Atlanta Memorial Depot. Provided the headstone and slab for my mother's grave. We are all very satisfied with the service and dedication provided. Please use them whenever this service is required. I highly recommend them.
