Sometimes, it's not the quality of the employee, but the quality of the customer. A better attitude towards those providing you a service, could result in better responses; patience and understanding is required. This is a very knowledgeable and efficient staff. Usually short lines and very helpful even when they are not required to do so in packaging my items for me. Melody and Lashawnda thanks for your help. I appreciate you and glad you're there!
If they aren’t going to deliver large packages, they shouldn’t accept them for mailing. At the very least they should have the courtesy to let the customer know that it must be collected at the post office, instead of putting them through an automated scheduled redelivery service that falsely promised redeliver day after day.
Only reason 1 star review is you cannot give a zero star review ... Only 1 person working ... stood inline for 20min ... only to be told he didn't have any stamps ... Explained that he was tge Only one who showed up for work and the supervisor hadn't shown up either so he didn't have access to stamps ... No accountability in our government jobs... nobody will get reprimanded and this go on as usual .... time to privatize the USPS
This is my local post office. Since my husband is military and deployed, I use them often to send mail/packages more often than maybe the average person. I ALWAYS have good service here. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but is that really a big deal?
They didn't deliver my package because it was an "undefined address", which is the address I always get mail & packages at. Literally an Apt complex with an Apt #... Simple. I called them to resolve the issue & they said they would call me back in 20-30 min. One and a half hours later I called back and they let the phone rig for Five minutes.... then another Five.... and another Five until I finally gave up.. I kid you not. The USPS has been around since 1971 however in all that time they still haven't figured out how to do their job do their job adequately.
This is the 3rd time I've problems with packages coming through this post office this time it says that my package was sent back to the post office to verify the address but the delivery driver delivered all my regular mail but not my package which has the same address as the mail, plus no one ever answers the phone.
I'm out of town and have been trying to speak with someone at this post office all week. NONE of my calls have been answered. Today the phone rang for 15 minutes straight with NO ANSWER. I finally gave up. Ireally don't understand why they provide a number if no one is going to pick up and help a local customer. It's VERY disheartening... not to mention aggravating. This location needs a lesson is good customer service. Not answering a business phone is BAD customer service.
Got to the post office at 5pm the doors were locked which is fine but why at 5pm would reboot the Kiosk??!! That makes no sense. It should had been done before 5pm so people could do what they needed to have done. The manager was rude. Which is not surprising. After about a good 5min the machine looks liked it was going to work but what I needed done it wasn't able to do it. What a waste of time.
I sent a letter certified mail and I paid for that service, $4.33. Every time I checked the tracking included in priceit showed that it still remained at the Atlantic Beach Post Office. Finally it was delivered with regular mail, but with no signature that said it was received by the addressee. Waste of money, waste of time. Obviously, the post office clerk didn't know what he was doing. I've experienced the same as other reviewers here, no one picks up the phone at that office. I recommend calling 1-800 ASK USPS. Register your complaint with them and then the office will call you
My package was supposed to arrive in a parcel locker on the 15th. After giving some extra time I put in a claim for a missing package on December 29. On Jan 4th I got a call from Gloria who has the worst customer service ever. She said it’s my fault I don’t have the package because I filed a claim so late. No this means the carrier either stole it or put it in the wrong mailbox. I want accountability and better customer service when it comes to a package I purchased and spent a lot of money on.
