We worked with Brian. He set us up with a very nice bedroom set and new king size bed and Mattress for a super reasonable price. Spoke to him in the morning and by mid afternoon we were shown a HUGE selection of lots of household furniture and had selected the perfect one for us. Extremely impressed by the quality for such reasonable prices, the level of customer service we received and the no-hassle purchasing. He even checked to make for sure they had everything we needed and that it was quality products. They even offer speedy delivery and can order things they don't have on hand to be brought in within a few days. Highly recommend, can't wait to come back for our next couch and new kitchen furniture in the near future! :
Brian and Canyon provided the best customer service! My sister and I both bought furniture from the Chantilly, Va location. I bought a beautiful name brand bedroom set for much less than I would have paid anywhere else! Everyone here is honest and gives you the best deal possible. I would recommend buying any furniture you need from them.
Best buying experience I have ever had. I met with Kanyon and he walked me through buying a new bed. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He took his time to figure out what type of bed was exactly right for me and what I wanted. Price on my bed was far less than any big mattress store for the exact same mattress! He also had it in stock. I took my bed home and had it set up a few hours after originally walking in the front door. I will be back in the very near future to purchase more furniture for my house.
If you are looking for great furniture and wide range of financing options based on your financial needs; plus, an informed, candid and honest suggestion without a feeling of been pressured to buy, then this is your place. I met Brian, the Account Manager who was very helpful and professional. I was able to get what i wanted with a fraction of what i nearly paid online and in other stores. I will definitely buy again!
Working with Brian McGee made what could've a very stressful experience for a first time home buyer/pregnant mom of one/newlywed flawless. Not only is his customer service impeccable, he is extremely knowledgeable and personable. He worked with my husband and I dedicating his time to us for several hours, and we were able to furnish our entire home. If you go to ABF you want Brian by your side. The prices were fantastic. We are beyond satisfied and can't wait for delivery!
I stumbled on the Chantilly location when I saw their signs along the road. I had to learn how to shop because it isn't a traditional showroom, but it was well worth it. The sales representatives were polite and made great choices available. I suggest calling ahead to set up a time, then go in and try the different mattresses. No pressure, I took my time. I am now sleeping on the best mattress I have ever had!! Thank you! Teresa
Let me start off by saying I was not asked nor advised to write this review. I have had 3 purchases over the last year that have went perfect. My wife and I purchased a bedroom set, couches, and matching coffee table set. The products are top quality not the IKEA stuff that bends , breaks, and warps after 2-3 months. I worked with Kanyon 2 sales and Lamar 1 sale and never had a problem with them contacting or following up with ETA of my order. The products came in a timely manner and they assist with loading my truck. I will use this company and this location specifically for furnishing my current and future home. Thanks for being a great location!!!
So my boyfriend and I are moving to VA and we didn't want to uhaul our bedset from MA so we decided to buy a home package since it was going to cost us over 2000$ to use pod or any other furniture shipping company. I searched thru Offer Up and found Brian. We communicated a time where we could meet and he helped us find all the furniture we needed and helped us stay in the price range we wanted. Great customer service and was super cool. Definitely would recommend this place because they have a wide selection and warranties. Im excited and cant wait for my furniture. Thanks! :
After being ripped off by roomstore, we went to this place. The place is admittedly a little sketchy looking and the staff is just wearing really casual clothes, but if you shop around you will notice a lot of the same models for a lot cheaper. We bought the 3 items on a Saturday, and they had two in stock and they were delivered that same day. The other item, they said would be delivered in 2-3 weeks..... They lied, it was delivered in one week. Most places will tell you they will deliver in months not days. The furniture does not come assembled which can be an issue. It took me about 4 hours to build a bed frame and 2 hours to build a kitchen table. The selection isn't as good as some stores, but the prices are excellent. While the staff is young and not your normal sales type, they do an excellent job, he also helped deliver one one of the pieces and was interested in looking at our whole house to see how things were set up. At a minimum you need to check this store out before buying anywhere else because you may save a lot of money. They obviously keep their costs low intentionally and pass that on to the consumer.
Brian was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with. He so helpful when I went in to purchase my mattress! He gave suggestions and helped me figure out what would be best for what I was looking for. I never felt pressured into anything, which was great! I will definitely be back.
