Phone customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. They double billed us, told us wrong information three times, said they would have a supervisor call us back and they never did. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a company.

Waited three years to cut my electric off because their meter had an error. I had already moved out and was in another apartment. They do anything for money.
