I was with Atlantic Insurance for over 5 years until about 2 Months ago when I was told that I will be receiving a call back from them to discuss a new Insurance Policy because my 1 year Policy will expire etc... I never received the call and when I called I didn't receive a response. I felt like I was being ignored. Then I received a Letter from the Secretary of State stating that my License is revoked/suspended smh! I was finally able to reach an Agent and was told since my Insurance lapsed I would be paying $80 more than the previous year. How is it $80 more when your Company is the one that wouldn't respond to me nor reach out when they said they would. 5 yrs down the drain. It all started ever since that new girl started working there with her ignorant, childish character. I at least gave 2 stars because once upon a time I stuck around for 5 whole years. Just terrible now.

Liliana was so gracious kind and patient, very knowledgeable and gave us the BEST rate after extensive comparisons. I highly recommend her as our agent!

Atlantic Insurance agency has been my go to car insurance provider for over 6 years now. They have great rates, easy paying options and best of all the greatest staff ever. Both Liliana and Leticia do a great job. Liliana Roldan is my agent and always keeps me on top of my policy dues. Always great friendly services. Anytime I need to do any changes, or have questions regarding my policy, Liliana is there to help. I highly recommend said agency.

If your considering using Atlantic for your insurance needs.. don't think too hard.. It's a no brainier!  I've been doing business with these guys for a couple of years and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else. Insurance has been a nightmare for me in the past but since switching to Atlantic I’ve had peace of mind.. they do what they need to in order to be a convenient and valuable resource.  The whole staff is great but a special thank you to Liliana for going above and beyond, and never failing to be approachable, efficient and informative! Called in to get coverage for my daughter’s first car while at the dealership, Liliana is GREAT! Did everything via email, she gave us a couple of options and helped decide the best coverage for my daughter. Highly recommend Liliana at Atlantic, great customer service and speedy service!

Leticia is who i always deal with ever since the agency was in the wheeling location! over all the whole customer service team is great, but Leticia is truly the absolute best. I honestly do not change insurance companies/agencies because of her! she is extremely polite very accurate and always gets back to me when she says that she will.. I have nothing but nice things to say about her & I greatly appreciate her services! thank you Leticia and keep up the Amazing work! THANK YOU
