Great experience. I went with this location since I see them in St Veronica's parking lot often and they had a near perfect rating. They lived up to the rating. Everything went well, reasonable price and we had a small hiccup that was easily fixed and resolved which is a further assurance of their guarantee of service.
Baldinos was great! My front door lock was not working properly. I called and someone came out the same day! It’s fixed and I’m happy!

I went to Baldino's in their Chantilly location. From the minute I walked in, I knew they would help me with what I needed. I came in to get a couple of keys cut for my 2006 Toyota Camry. I brought my own blank chip keys and both Henry and Ray got to work. They checked their master shop books for anything unique for my particular issue and they identified immediately that the programming for this car might be easier than most. They were absolutely right! They cut the keys for $18.00. Even after cutting them, they asked if I wanted to go and try them without taking my money. This is something only an honest business does. I went outside and followed my programming instructions, and everything worked like I wanted to. I left the shop a tip after the service and told them I would be writing this review. I was quoted a price of $960.00 just this morning for the same things that I paid $18.00 for. If it is anything lock and key, either these guys will do it right the first time with a smile on their face and thank you for your business or it's something that might not be possible to do in the first place. I am a customer for life and I might consider using them even if I moved a little far away. I was not paid or compensated for this review except for all the money I saved not going to the pew-you car dealership. A+
The technician was very knowledgeable & personable - Our only concern was that we had requested and confirmed a certain arrival time - but did not receive any "same day" driver notification
I finally had to call Baldinos after 5 hours of trying to switch out and lock on a new condo. They were excellent - from their back office team to the technician they sent out on site . They asked me to text them pictures of the current lock and key as well as the door and the door frame. They then sent out a technician who knew exactly what kind of door we had apparently old metal doors on these condos in Reston require a specific kind of cover plate. He had all the materials he needed as well as the proper equipment. It took him less than an hour. He was polite, thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend using them.
We have worked with Baldinos for several years and they provide exceptional service at both locations that I frequent; Reston and Chantilly. Customer Service is great and they are always able to meet our needs. I work mostly with Kristie and Tim and they are both awesome! Thanks Baldinos for excellent service.
I had a fantastic experience. The locksmith was at my house within 20 minutes from calling and he was so helpful he gave me solutions that would be the least expensive. I was back in my house in less that 45 minutes
Richard is always pleasant. Treats you like family. I oversee a large group of vehicles that is always changing. This is the only place I get new keys made.
The locksmith was nice, but I was way over charged. I purchased all the hardware on my own and all he just did was put it on the door. Recommend just hiring a handyman and you will save a lot of money. I learned from this. Paying over $250 for almost one hr work is way too much. I will not use them again
