This clinic is the best place you can go for all your laser and skincare. Eva is genuinely such a knowledgeable, amazing, and lovely person. I've had laser hair removal treatments done and have seen “FANTASTIC “results.

RED FLAG Do not book with them. I booked a consultation for laser then required to reschedule the time only. After 11 attempts to reach the clinic, they ended up scheduling me for the wrong date. I showed up to the clinic to be told that the technician went home. I drove close to an hour. Not even an apology. On top on that, they are extremely unprofessional texting me from their personal cell. Thank god I did not pay yet. I was lucky to save my money. If you value your money, go somewhere professional and treat you with respect.

I’ve been going to this clinic for a couple of years now and It’s been a pleasure. The service is great as the people are very friendly and understanding. They also make you feel very comfortable during the session. I’m really glad I found out about this place and I highly recommend for anyone to go.

I am a member for long time and the way they use laser to make you come back again. Then they blame it on my health that my body has problem not the machine. I swear they rob me. There is this lady who is in charge of everything and talks also behind managers back like she is doing me a favour. Terrible terrible customer service because of her I don’t want to rate this place 5, I don’t even want to give them 1 that’s how bad it is. The manger was nice at first but later he became rude very rude. They manipulate you when we I ask for a refund. May god be with me!

Took my money, did not provide service $250 lost. Owner will not return calls or emails. Even contacted through BBB but owner ignores everything. Do not buy anything from this business. Yes I have the receipts

I was debating rather to leave a review or not but the more I share my experiences with people, the more I’m wanted to share my experience here. I brought 8 laser sessions for the Scarborough location there was a review saying this location is NEW which isn’t true. I have been going there since 2021. The lady that used to work in that location is no longer and this new lady just started. Originally I purchased via groupon so I called to make appointment and had some questions. Then they talked me into buying directly from them and refund my groupon, which I was okay with it. I went to my first session last July and my last session was just this past week. First they don’t provide you any towel or anything to cover yourself, which I learned all other laser places do so. I had to bring own towel starting my 2nd session and 1st session they provided paper towel. They reuse the laser gel from one area to another. Again I didn’t know that was not supposes to be the case and I spoke up after 3rd session. There was this one time there was a client in before me they didn’t even remove the paper that cover bed and I saw residues on it and had to ask before it was remove and give me a fresh sheet. Honestly this place is so unsanitary Scarborough location for sure not sure about the others and they’re not professional. If you refuse to purchase more sessions after your last session they automatically change their attitude and ask you to leave. What they charge is not cheap either so go to a clinic that is professional and most importantly CLEAN.

Do no trust this company to give you the service you pay for. They are unprofessional, show up late and make you wait up to 30 min at a time and abuse their cancellation policy. They will cancel on you last last minute and then drag on rescheduled appointments to months later. Both the Doncaster location and Jane location has terrible service. And to top it off, they kept my money and didn't go through with my appointment. I received no emails from them and they couldn't even find me in their appointment records. I wouldn't even give them one star

RUN!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a package for $300 for laser hair removal and they could not provide the service for. When asked to adjust the price to reflect the service they couldn't complete, was RUDELY told we are asking for free things and being yelled at by MARI. & by Moustafah. Was told a Manager would call me back and no response either. Now trying to call again and phone call is being ignored after being hung-up on. Just calling to get a refund as don't want anything to do with them. One of the WORST businesses out there. If I could give this rating a -0, I would as even giving them a 1 star is too good for them.

The laser itself is descent. Everything else about their service is awful and I would recommend spending your money elsewhere!! They are terribly pushy and rude sales people, and the technicians treat you great until after you purchase your last package. Then, you are treated like you are wasting everyone’s time. To call and cancel and try to rebook an appointment, don’t bother!!! The man that answers the phone barely speaks English and he’ll get you to email anyways. No one will respond to your email! I’ve been waiting over a week for a response to my cancellation and request for a refund. I have yet to receive a phone call or email.

I started my laser treatment at Atlantis in 2012 and it’s one of the best investments I’ve made. I treated my full body and full face. They have the most competitive prices and best machines. They are constantly updating their machines, which is obvious over the years. I left the city and now book touch up treatments whenever I’m visiting to ensure any hair that still persists is zapped. I really appreciate that they give me excellent touch up packages after years of being their client. Mari has been particularly great during my past touch up treatments, giving me the peace of mind to know my unwanted won’t be bothering me for the next year!
