Atlantis Sports Club Holbrook

I recently joined Atlantis and I couldn't be happier! It has cardio, free weights, Hammer Strength and weight machines, everything I need and there is never a wait to use the equipment, unlike the club I just left The price is right, the locker rooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable there is also health information/tips posted throughout the club which the other larger franchised club didn't have If you need a gym and don't want the crowds or the wait this is the place for you!

Expensive but great facility, Small but never too busy, Has all the latest equipment, Personal Trainers & Cardio Classes available. Also membership here gains access to much larger facilities in Braintree so there are several options for great routines. Plus the employees and fellow exercisers are very friendly. You will never feel out of place. Everybody is just looking to make a better self. Atlantis is Fantastic!
