Worst cvs location. No one is ever available to help. No cashiers. Can’t ever find an employee. Self check out machines are always faulty. The outside and entrance is always dirty.
Slowest pharmacy, waited over 30 minutes in drive through, there was only 1 car in front of me. When I finally pulled up. I was told they would be right with me , took another 10 minutes before someone came to window. Then took another 10 minutes to get what I needed. I will never go to this CVS again!
Sorry for the date on this posting as I hd this in my drafts from the other day. This store has really gone down when it comes to service. This is the second time I have noticed one of yours be rude: The employee is an Asian thin woman with black hair and glasses whom I assume is a manager by the way she talked to the other employee. A couple weeks ago I had been at the register to pay while another employee was assisting me and the employee stated above made a rude comment about another employee. I thought to myself how unprofessional to do so not only on the sales floor but in-front of customers. The 2nd time, I went in to make a quick purchase and same employee was rude to the 2 customers ahead of me at the checkout. She belittled an older woman who asked her a question about a product. When I asked her if everything was ok. She looked right at me ignoring the question. The only words she said during the transaction is “enter you number” for my CVS card. No greeting, no thank you from her. If I didn’t need the item I was purchasing in a hurry I would have put it back and went to another store. I know it is the holiday season and things can be overwhelming but customers pay her paycheck. Maybe she needs to be reminded that. Ultimately she is a reflection of you so do better CVS.
Ok it’s story time! The shift lead April needs further trainingimo. She has terrible customer service and I’m thinking maybe she should find a new line of work that better suits her. I’ll start by saying that I had the product that was brand new and untouched, the receipt, the debit card I used to pay, and my I.d., all of which matched up and she could’ve asked for at any time… I tried to return a blood pressure machineCVS brand recently and she asked me what location I bought it from and why I was returning it. I was caught off guard by this thinking why does it matter? But I told her my answers anyway. I’m guessing my answers were wrong since she told me I couldn’t return the product there and that I had to take it back to the location I bought it from. Well that’s not company policy so my gf asks for the DM’s number. Now it was Dec 23rd so maybe it was an early Xmas miracle, or maybe those were just the magic words she needed to hear because all of a sudden April wants to help. You can see on her face how mad she is, it being cherry red and all, but she is now helping. Unfortunately next came the unwarranted accusation. She accused us of opening the product when it clearly wasn’t and we told her such. She then proceeded to open it herself, slid it halfway out and saw that everything was still packed neatly and wrapped in plastic just like how it’s supposed to be. She sees that the product is untouched and slides it back in the box never taking it completely out. Now if it had been opened previously don’t you think she would’ve pulled it all of the way out? Yeah me too. Next she claimed she can’t put it back on the shelf and that’s why she can’t return it. Then it was the best she can do is store credit now. After some more back and forth she tells us that she still can’t return the product because of a sku issue? Which if that’s true then that is a legitimate reason for not returning it but I highly doubt that since the product is CVS brand. Who knew you couldn’t return a cvs product back to cvs? … but how did she know she couldn’t return it before that moment? Why was she saying she couldn’t return it all of those times before she actually checked the system? What was she basing it off of? I mean she was clearly basing it on something other than the company policy right? What could it have been? Did she not like my original answers? She did appear to be Caucasian and I’m Mexican-American so was she profiling me? I mean I would really like to know what she was basing her decision off of because it wasn’t company policy and she hadn’t checked the system yet… or I have a strong suspicion that returns could possibly effect her end of the year bonus. If that is true, then what an incredible way to inconvenience a customer! But enough speculation. I’ll be following up with the DM to hopefully find out some answers
Went to pick up my Rx. Only 3 people working on the pharmacy counter. Got my Rx. Then I try to order my covid test kit. Checked my insurance and then said 20 mins to wait. Waited for 30 mins. So decided to pick up some stuff then went to the front cashier to check out. There was only 1 person lady there and I guess a customer checking out. I'm on next cue. Waited 5 mins coz I guess they were chatting. Then the customer told me to use the auto check out which normally I don't. They still chatting. Then I left leaving my all the items I picked up. This is the worst experience I ever had on this store. I'll be transferring to a reliable pharmacy and would never come back to this one. That includes all my family. Goodbye.
This store is horrible! Manager and staff treats everyone like they are stealing. There’s an alarm that sounds all through out the entire store when your shopping in the beauty section. I was shopping and had to stop because the alarm was so loud. The clerk tried to check me out using the SELF check out I tools her to let me do it so she stood there while I was checking my self out watching me like a hawk. Wouldn’t even help other people. I have never been treated like that ever before. I will never step foot back in that store ever again.
The Chubby guy named “Gio” and the crossed eyed blonde cashier are very rude and unprofessional! I’ve been here a couple times and that guy is always rude , I asked for help and he went “ ugh! Wait “ I was like okaii. He’s always mad , not my fault he doesn’t like his job. Moreover, they lack customer service skills since they kept cursing and being unprofessional.
I went in to get my flu shot today and the pharmacist who gave me the shot was very professional, polite and friendly! I didn’t catch her name. But she worked this Sunday shift giving the flu shots. I commend her! Also, Last time I went in to discuss a prescription misunderstanding, the pharmacist Peter was very professional as well!! I commend him too!
Came here to take our Passport pictures, the lady that helped us was very friendly and quick. The check line on the other hand takes some time as they had one cashier and everyone that used the self check out needed help all the time
Kept calling them to ask questions regarding some medicine refills and they kept hanging up. This is some pretty bad customer service. Employees definitely need retraining or need to get let go. Definitely changing my pharmacy.
