Dr. Joseph P. Smith incorporates functional medicine, functional neurology, clinical nutrition, and exercise physiology/sports medicine among other philosophies into your assessment and intervention. Our office is in Fairfax, California which is just north of San Francisco. We manage complex cases from all over the globe. The majority of our clients are folks dealing with chronic unresolved issues that have seen several medical practitioners. We customize a health care model to tailor to their needs vs forcing them into an existing protocol. The majority of the cases we see are auto-immune, thyroid, hormonal, child developmental, and concussion related. We call our Approach the Atlas Method, and our Therapeutic Intervention the Atlas Formula for Success which is different for each case.
